We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United StatesI had a comfortable stay and really appreciated the ability to check in early for a fee, since my flight arrived before the posted 2 PM check in. While at the hotel, the staff and manager were very helpful in every way. When I inquired about an iron, one was brought to my room within minutes, and when there was a need of an ATM the hotel manager accompanied me three blocks away to the bank. The staff also helped coordinate a call from the Indian contact who was arriving from out of town to collect me at the hotel. Taking the extra time and energy to provide the needed help is most appreciated, especially arriving as a foreigner from a long overseas journey. There was great consideration shown, for room comfort and all the necessities, and the room itself was tidy and spacious. I would recommend this hotel!

IndiaStaff. Receptionist was very rude and kind of I don’t care. Kept me waiting for an hour to check-in. Plenty of people from Canara bank checked out in front of me and even though receptionist gentleman said no room available before 12. Paper rule. Come on. He should learn basics of handling guests.
