This property doesn't accept international credit/ debit cards.  Their card reader is only enabled for Indian cards. So be prepared to pay in cash if you are an international traveller.

Located in a relatively calm area yet close to the temple, This lodge is nicely maintained, and the staff is very friendly and service-minded. If you are here in Palani for temple visit,  this place is perfect for a couple of day's stay.

The location of this Hotel is very close to the temple, reachability is also easy. When traveling from CBE or Pollachi - Via Udumalpet - it is easy to find this place when you take the ring road. Google Maps will guide you to this place without a hitch, and the streets are good. This place is tranquil and outside congested places. also, you can reach the temple entrance or Winch station easily.

Well maintained rooms with cozy beds and courteous staff. Accessible to winch and tonsure point. Worth the price.

A bit far from the bus stand and restaurants. Unless you have your own transport, it becomes a bit difficult to go around other than the temple.

The location is 2 mins walk from the temple foothills. The room was clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful. The WiFi was also good enough to do some basic work.

There is no restaurant in the hotel and near by also. Air-conditioning is working only in power supply, during power off its not work in DG

Restaurant not attached to the hotel is a major drawback. For morning tea / coffee, someone has to go out, have it and come back. There should be a basic facility of arranging milk, tea or coffee in the morning atleast especially for the kids. Fare is little expensive for this hotel. Can fix it to Rs. 2000 (wo GST) for double bed family room which can be nominal during off-season time.

Property Location walkable to temple (steps, winch station). Room comfortable for Family of 4. Private Car parking. Room kept clean and ready for occupying before arrival (Just give a call to reception and inform them time of arrival before-hand). Fare Paid as mentioned in the booking.com (Rs. 2700) + GST (Rs. 325). No extra money asked by hotel which is a good thing.

They have not recharged the Tata Play and did not bothered me as I did not watch TV. Could have looked into and addressed the issue.

Hotel is located in a pleasant place, can have a view of the temple from your balcony and service is good.

There is no restaurant in the Hotel which was a biggest disadvantage. Even coffee and tea is brought from outside.
