Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

I have asked non-smoking room.. They provide very smelly (smoking room). It is really not acceptable top stay with children. Laast i have ended up to take two rooms instead of family suite. They are saying as family suite, but really it is not like that. Just built on terrace and open space people moving over there. No privacy too. Food is not good. I have stayed almost 4 nights with i night gap. Never change the bedspread and keep the mineral water bottle of daily quota. I reminded them to clean bed and keep water bottle. Never happened. I called room service for water bottle of daily quota, they billed for that water too.. It is not one time .. Happened three times and review the receipt and revert back. Otherwise I ended up to pay for that.. I never recommended this place for family.

Good hotel ………To be fair, the hotel is located almost on Arakashan Rd. which is about 5 min walk from New Delhi train station, and about 15 min walk to New Delhi Metro station

Staff was not good. Specifically the receptionist he was not listening. They didn’t gave the water . We ordered food and they delivered after 2 hours.
Room was not clean. Receptionist was not co-operative.
