Very dirty rooms, with lots of brown stains in the bed clothes and dampness in all the walls. Just one socket for three people in the room so it was impossible to keep our phones charged. When we arrived to the hotel at 21 PM, our room was dirty, not prepared for us, so we had to wait for 20 minutes in a room of another person until it was ready.

Good stay at this hotel. It's close to both the metro and the train station, which is very convenient. Almost everything about this place was great, from the friendly staff to the clean rooms.

When we requested the room that we paid for, they tried to convince us into staying in the old room for that night and fix it the next day. When we refused, they showed us 5 different rooms (old, smaller and dirty). They finally showed us a newer, bigger but unfinished room (pent house on the roof) when we told them that we wanted our money back. We decided to stay anyway. Every minute of the day and night is filled with train horns and car honking. This is NOT an exaggeration. You cannot sleep at all, ever.

Nothing. The property is a scam. They sell you a brand new room, and then they provide an old and dirty room. The location is bad, and they try to sell you what is a 400 rupee Uber ride to the airport for 2,100 rupees or 700 each person.
