IndiaThere is no power back up option in case of power cuts . This is the minimum that is expected from this type of accomodation. There was a power cut in the middle of the night for almost an hour, although thats not in their hands but at the minimum the customers would expect a power back up/DG in these situations

IndiaRoom is ordinary. In there website they said NO CREDIT CARD NEEDED When I re conform my booking they told me to pay. But they are not excepting CR card. It was very difficult for me to arrange payment as I was traveling. On site they say Breakfast rs 80 When I ask for it they refuse . THERE IS NO TEAPOY TO KEEP OUR TEA CUP ALSO. I Didn't expect from Booking.com to keep such type of hotels on your list.

IndiaWhile booking rooms on booking.com It is not clarified that 2 rooms are not adjusant/combined. Manager /Staff refused to give a partial refund i requested against the booking of 2 different rooms where we had opted for only 1 room since we came with kids... It was very disappointing 😕.
