Location. Tight place to park the car and van. Restaurant ambiance service was good but the water glass they are not cleaning properly bearer just washed my glass in running water and put again on table..

Very clean bed sheet pillow cover and towels also rooms. Staffs are polite and good. Worth for money.

We took 3 rooms . Two of our rooms are heater water not functioning. After made complaints there is no proper action been taken. Hotel are new but most facilities are not functioning

No food, no map working, far off from the temple. You must have a vehicle. No water bottle.

They provide premium n comfortable stay. Location is good it is near the rameshwaram temple. The most positive thing of this stay is its staff they are so cooperative n friendly. Due to some emergency i got delayed in checking out n they allow us to stay without any extra charges. Special thanks to Hariharan (receptionist) bcoz of him our rameshwaram journey is so easy n comfortable

Did not want to give even 1 star it's not even worth a zero! But have to give a rating hence doing it. If you want to go through the worst trash and garbage,the approach road is full of it please go to this hotel !! At the entrance there is a dirty dog sitting to welcome you. When we arrived the staff was washing their lunch dabbas at the entrance. What a ghastly welcome! Thankfully we got a room with a balcony. I shudder to think how claustrophobic the other rooms will be. But the balcony is no respite since it's infested with insects in the evenings and night. The view from the room is seeing the sunrise but you also have to stomach watching labourers doing their morning abulatuons along with it! The area around is under construction. One can see the lake but it's hardly a respite since one has to see this garbage too. The staff is scruffy and dirty and looks like they haven't had a bath in days., and if you make the mistake of seeing the guy who is in the kitchen you are never going to eat there!! One of the waiters went into the washroom while we were having breakfast with a brush in his hand and a dirty towel. Sure fire ways to kill your appetite! Thankfully the linen was fairly clean but that is only because the hotel is 3 months old. The toilet seat was broken, the bathroom door did not close from the outside ! The room size is very small. When we returned at night there was a staff member sleeping on the sofa in the reception meant for guests. While we were taking a nap in the afternoon to our horror one staff member opened our room door!!!!! Asked for Tea the waiter got it on a tray with a layer of the tea spilled on it! Ghastly ! Please stay away! The worst...its priced at a whopping 5000 a night it's not worth even 1000 ! A tip for travellers. Check out Daiwik Hotels Star Palace Residency Towers It's well worth it spending the extra amount.

Curtain missing from glass door opening in the balcony. It was too bright in the room. Hardware need replacements. They messed up our laundry in the end, and we collected undone laundry only.

Night time the surrounding of the hotel is not properly lit. A whole lot of construction is going on so this might change soon. I found it scary to walk at night as we were coming back from the temple. The outside stinks of sewage.

The hotel is situated near Roja garden, temple parking. It is a walkable distance to the temple in the daylight. It is a new property so that has its own advantages. The staff, Karthick and his sister, are very warm people. They accommodate your requests and their smiles lighted up our stay.

The hospitality is at the best at sruthi residency. They care ablut your emotion and the staff is always there to help you any time. I don’t usually wrote reviews but the welcoming and hospitality provided by Sruthi Residency people made me to write here. It is completely worth the money or I can also say one of the hotel in rameshwaram that offers room on suitable price.

It is slightly far about 1.3KM from temple. Highly recommended for people with vehicles to stay here. And it's worth staying here, hotel have a peaceful and great view around it.

Rooms are exceptional. It is a newly constructed hotel, and the hospitality was top notch. Highly recommended for all the family and friends trip to rameshwaram. Hotel management was very responsive with any issue we inform them and they make a friendly environment with us.
