The hotel is having facilities but they need to work on as once we reached the hotel water was not working due to power cut. The duvet covers were having stains which they changed after multiple requests which as a guest I felt little irritated. On my second day there was no water in any of the toilets for both rooms from midnight till early morning. We already mentioned to the worker who was in charge during that time from midnight around 2:15 am before our Temple visit which he didn’t care and after we came back early morning around 6 am still there was no water. Then the manger again came and started the pump and thereafter it got sorted. So the workers need more training.

The manager was good and helpful. The location of the hotel is really good and very near to the Temple. Regarding cleanliness the hotel is clean and worth for family.

The room was extremely tiny. The bathroom WC was broken. After requesting my room was not changed. Rooms are not cleaned daily need to keep requesting to clean the room and that also they only sweep.

The location is amazing. Walking distance from every major place. 500mts from kashi vishwanath temple, 800mts to kaal bhairav temple, 1km to Dashashwamedh ghat. 3km to assi ghat

Staff behaviour, cleanliness and location of the property is very good. Near to temple and gadowriya chowk. The staff and hotel owner are very supportive. They even helped us with recommendation, auto fares and routes

One of our bathroom drains was not working well so whenever we took a shower the whole bathroom flooded. There’s no sound insulation and you will hear everything around you. Our rooms didn’t have windows.

The location was amazing! Very central and easily walkable distance to the main ghatts. However, no places serving meat or alcohol nearby. WiFi was working well. The staff let us store our luggage after checking out until our departure from varanasi. The place seemed modern and clean (ish).

There are no good restaurants nearby but this is the case with the entire area around the temple. But unfortunately there are some options for street food.

The staff are very good, humble and helpful. Hotel rooms are neat and clean. The location is walkable distance to the temples like (Kashi Vishwanath, Annapurna Devi, Kashi Vishalakshi, Sri Varahi temples). Cabs will be available till the hotel from the airport.

Very good experience for reasonable price. Room had modern amenities, comfortable bed, AC and staff was always helpful and kind. Location was a little noisy during the day from the street but its because its very close to the centre. Overall, I can recommend!😊

The hotel doesn't have their own kitchen but still that was never an issue as they were providing room service from the nearby restaurants and more or less all kinds of cuisines were available.

The location was too good as it is just 5 mins walking from the temple and Godhuliya chauk. The hotel was neat and clean, and most importantly all the staffs were very helpfull and especially Amit ji was exceptional. I have never seen anyone wake up at 2 am in the night just to drop my mom at the temple on his two wheeler as she couldn't walk. We could do the sparsha Darshan only because of this man he arranged everything that we asked for. I will highly recommend this to all my known ones.
