The blankets are like thorns, I really wish they were covered.

Exceptionally clean property. Every bunk bed has a fan and this property has a very cozy feel to it, the staff were super helpful and courteous.

They could not provide the basic things like a tumbler, no soap, taps leaking and the big table while entering the room some football game, night 2 o clock making hell of a sound and disturbing. The hookah smell irritating.

They are cheaters… first they confirm the booking I did by mistake for male dormitory and took money too… and when I arrived the venue they said I am not allowed to enter in that room. Then I ask for the refund and they were not ready to give and as a alternative they said they will put the mattress over ground I need to sleep there or at top floor in tent which was too dirty… It was shameful how u can confirm the booking take the money and then behave in such a way

Hygiene issue. Room cleaning issue. Tabs in bathroom were working properly i have asked them multiple times but they have not get that fixed it. we went to site visit and locked the cupboard but we left the room key for cleaning when we back to room we saw cupboard was open and someone left the slipper in the bathroom I was.not expecting this in gostops I have stayed in Rishikesh gostops it was good but Varanasi was pathetic.

I charged a amount twice of booking amount. They told me that you will get return because it was time-out but I never get back my return. Never expected from gostop.

We left after one night, because the room was very filthy. The bathroom was in a bad condition. Due to the prepayment policy, all nights were charged and they didn't offer a refund. Be careful!

Not at all clean. Washrooms felt as if you're living in slums. Overall it is an Extremely bad hostel - Staff refused to turn on the dorm ACs even at 40°C despite us being ready to pay extra. Broken games(not even a carrom can you imagine?) extremely-extremely ill maintained washrooms, elder people living in the dorms with you and the worst part - staff frowns upon if you hang out in the common areas or your room after 11 PM. Worst hostel experience ever. Please do not let your otherwise really spectacular experience of Varanasi be attached to bad hospitality at GoStops.

Only the location. That too because a lot of major points are nearby. There are more hostels here with better location and better people too.

Dirty, Outsiders Comes to Drink & Spoil the Gathering, play loud music nd Don't allow you to play yours, Use highly abusive language in front of girls.. nd staff knows about this. Wifi Policy is just Worst... This is the Worst GoStops i have Ever stayed. Very cheap policy by gostops to earn some extra bucks from wifi. Tell me one things, you guyz are now offering long stays? So do you thinks its possible for someone to work in 2gb per day Net restrictions? That too with such a low speed nd only One device allowed.. Whoever is Making this policies, he/she will spoil you Brand name. Cleanliness & Connectivity, you can't save money on this. What makes you think, that someone will comes from another city, spending thousands on travel to use your wifi only ? Commn, This is cheapest policy i have ever seen.. I stayed in Many GoStops in past 7 months. This is my Worst Ever Experience. Nd on top That.. Families were coming to stay in hostel, 10-15 auntie come nd when they see people enjoying in common room with beer nd all.. that scene was out of the world. They were shocked nd started shouting. So that means gostops management is breaking all their policies to earn money. Its has become, more like dharamsala.. I use to love gostops before this.. Don't spoil your image for few bucks🙏

We were not allowed to turn on AC in afternoon from 12 PM to 8 PM even we requested them to turn it on as it was was really hot there and we were coming from railway station, we were very sweaty that time but they didn’t not turned on AC. There was a lot many problem but this was the major because we because AC was mentioned there.

The room was bad. The Bathroom has the foul smell due to Dampness of Walls!! There was no exhaust in the washroom!! There was fungi growing in the corners of the bathtub… The constant sound of dropping water! The blankets were smelling bad… All in all, the room was not habitable by any standards.

The staff was rude and extremely unfriendly. The room was waaaay different than in the pic. The option of early check in on availability is a big fat lie. They told us the room is available but check in is at 13:00. And after showing the messages on booking, the guy at the front desk (rishal), was unable to do anything and did not allow us to talk to the boss/supervisor. All of this while being extremely rude. He did not even let us go in the common area while waiting to solve this (and left us outside in the extreme heat). Also they don't give you the wifi password until the official check in time which makes no sense (it's a way to keep customers happy, specially after all, but no, they don't want to keep you happy). Also, the room they gave us had NOTHING to do with the room on the booking photo. I understand they always make the photos look good, but it's not even the same room or similar, it's, at least, half the size, doesn't have the same furniture, a small window and all in all a dark hole... DON'T GO TO THIS HOSTEL.
