We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

IndiaFirst, the information in bookingdotcom was that the hotel room we booked has a balcony. Then when we reached there, they gave us the ground floor room which doesn't have a balcony, so Ankush called the hotel owner and we even talked to him, but he insisted that our room booking doesn't have a balcony, we thought to contact bookingdotcom site, but we have a toddler and an infant with us and we were a bit tired from the trip, so we don't have any energy to spend time calling people. We just don't get why the hotel owner wasn't that approachable at all , and he didn't even consider the situation, the hotel wasn't busy, and a lot of rooms were vacant . He doesn't care if we complain to anyone because he's the owner.. He wasn't friendly either. We saw him come the next morning in the reception area. Next, the parking area was on the road side which is a bit scary for us. But Ankush said, it's safe and fine.
The location is awesome, it's not on the narrow roads where there's a lot of hotels ( that you can usually find in Jogiwara road ). The view from the hotel is so beautiful that our phone camera couldn't give justice to it. The room is comfortable and clean. There's a restaurant and you can surely have freshly cooked food. The hotel is good for different types of travelers. * Ankush is the only staff member ( at the moment ) in the hotel. But he was able to attend to all our needs. He seems like a quiet type but that's really good also. He knows how to talk and reach out to the guest. He's handling the reception, kitchen and housekeeping. Kudos to him.

Very good location for the ppl who what to stay in calm and peice.. Location is near river and you can experience a sound and touch with natural views.. Food is good.. Staff is helpful and nice.
