IndiaThe room description in booking.com and the actual room is quite different. The balcony is common. Room amenities needs improvement. The breakfast planing needs improvement. Long line in breakfast and empty bowls are not good sign. The swimming pool needs to be cleaned daily basis.
The location is excellent and nearby facilities and places are quite good. The food in the hotel were good and the staffs were really helpful and courteous.

United KingdomThe primary reason for choosing this hotel was the pool and the sunbeds around it, and for that we were willing to pay the inflated price. We arrived at hotel to see a sign on reception stating that pool was closed for maintenance. This wasn't brought to our attention by the staff when we arrived for check-in. It was in fact not just maintenance but a full remake. No prior notification had been provided despite being in correspondence with hotel a few days earlier to state time of arrival. Reception staff said that they had informed Booking.com of the closure but we could find no evidence of that either from the hotel or via Booking.com themselves. They said that it had only happened 5 days before our arrival but the state of the pool suggested that the work had been on-going for quite some time. Alternative arrangements had been made with the Gateway Hotel, 2kms distance, to make use of their pool and that transport would be available. (We did take up this offer twice during our 8 night stay but wasn't really suitable for our needs.) We'd booked a superior queen room, which was spacious as advertised, but the sea-view was only partial and the balcony seating meant that your back was facing that view (room 106). The hotel did offer an alternative room (room 124) with a much better view but it's air-con unit wasn't working but would be available the following day. This room was smaller than that the one booked but we agreed to use our booked room for one night and move the following day. Unfortunately the air-con wasn't sorted out until day 3 so we lived out of suitcases until we moved. The stated facilities said daily housekeeping but that wasn't the case, it had to be requested. After requesting this on 2 occasions, and it not happening, it transpired that there wasn't a master key for our room so it couldn't be done. This hadn't been explained. The photos on the booking site and their own website are very out of date.

United KingdomThe fact we were not told prior to our stay there was major construction work taking place right opposite our room and by the pool the noise on the Monday morning was unbearable . The photos of the property are way out of date. The breakfast was poor, the temperature of the food was luke warm at best and the breakfast staff were not helpful.

IndiaBreakfast options are not much and its not meeting a 3star resort standard. Manager behavior is not good, he is behaving very rood to there employees. Other staff are good, specially the restaurant staff.
The location of the property is very good. Relaxing and calm place. From here there are lots of food & drink options(very nearby). They have there own car parking and i feel very secure with family. overall its a good stay.
