Staff attitude. And owners attitude. Cleanliness Swimming pool was under maintenance for 3 days out of the 4 days we were there. They did not accept Card payment. We’re demanding 3 percent higher if paid by cc.

1 The facilities were pathetic. The hotel was under renovation during our stay 2 The lift was not working for the 3rd floor and the owners/staff did not inform us that we need to go the second floor for the lift. We figured it out on the second day that to come down we need to take the lift from the second floor. 3 On ordering a simple tea we were informed that the same can be available only during the breakfast and cannot be ordered from the menu.

The room allotted was of decent size and the location of the property was on the main road. Being on main road all the restaurants were nearby.

Property is very nice. Maintanence work was going on. Lift area and lobby was like horror movie scene. Need some cleaning and maintenance work. Need some improvement in management. Otherwise all good. Property located in prime area.

The resort is like jungle...rooms are old and not maintained properly. Collapsing switch boards. Flickering lights. It seemed to be some haunted bungalow. Their restaurant was not operational so had to everytime search food from outside. Pool was absolutely dirty.

The images which are in the website speaks differently as they provided the suit room in the Hotel is worse then a low grade guest house and in that nothing was clean, room was not good, bed sheet and pillow with lot of stains, hopeless damaged washroom without cleaning, don’t go for the rooms in the Hotel by paying about 8000 per night ,u will get good properties in the surrounding with the same rate .

Don't get cheated on free breakfast. Only few items were present. Idly was made of rocks , nobody can eat that stuff. Poha was below standerd very bad tea. The only thing which is eatable is egg omlet. Never ever book this hotel... Humble request never stay here.

1. No emergency power available for AC and mobile charging. 2. Swimming pool has tree over it due to which leaves and twigs keeps on falling. 3. Washrooms are not properly maintained. Water mixer lever came out to operation and washroom door knob did not work.

The owner is mean and acts like a spoiled child. He doesn’t care about the guests. One night at 11, he made me and my kid wait for parking in the middle of the road because he was busy talking to his drunk friends. When he saw me trying to park, he quickly took the spot, parked his car there and kept chatting. It made me feel scared, like I was in Delhi, not Goa as all of them were drunk. His staff tried to tell him to move so guests could park, but he ignored them. Eventually, another guest moved their car, and we managed to park. He’s not just rude and uncaring; he shouldn’t be running a hospitality business.

Nothing. The property is such a dilapidated condition. Charging way more than it’s worth. I would rather stay in a clean guest house than spending to stay in this property. The actual hotel isn’t like the one shown in photos. It’s way too old and unkept. Even the sheets are full of lint and yellow with stains all over. Not worth spending money.

For a Suite, nothing inside was upto the mark, bathtub broken, TV un-operational, mosquitos everywhere. Only breakfast available in property, no in-house restaurant, lift works for going up, coming down need use stairs, frequent electricity shut outs, i can keep going

They are fraud .. we booked suite they alloted us 2 seperate rooms that too both rooms were far from each other. On questioning they made stories said other guests extended sometimes they said they checked in morning.. they made my wife speak to guests whoo were given suite at night. we had reach at 9pm and were given suite at 12 night.. they dont have parking facilities.. owner himself parks his 2 cars .. my car was towed .. rooms are pathetic no lights AC not working.. other family was also fighting

The bathroom of our room 102 had a drainage smell, no maintenance of the rooms. Not worth the money we spent. Breakfast place is overcrowded. Breakfast Time is only 9-10.30 Spending 8000/- per day was a waste of money. Horrible attitude of receptionist. Arrogant.

It’s poor maintained, towels were washed once upon a time, toilet maintenance is poor, no proper lighting, reception staff are highly discourteous and collects money upfront for everything. Swimming pool is dirty like anything and the property has some major maintenance happening and no notice or intimation. They even charged us for drinking water bottles ( otherwise complimentary)on day 2.

First day I complained about the air conditioner, after that no one solve my problem, next day again They did the same thing overall very bad hotel never i give recommendations so please I request to all please don't book this hotel.

Location of breakfast is good it's poolside buffet but the spread of buffet is very bad, staff don't know any thing they need a proper training.

Prior to trip I tried calling to hotel but on my calls reception guy doesn't want to speak to me. Instead he wanted me to talk to on WhatsApp. He do not have time to speak even for small querry. I booked 1 family suite with 2 bedroom but at the hotel silently we have beem given 2 different rooms. After shout we have got family suite, that too on 2nd day. Rooms were highly unhygienic, dirty & lot of dirt. Toilets were very very dirty and in bad condition. Bedshit had smell. Hotel breakfast was so so. We have been shifted to 2nd room on 2nd day and this room also had in same condition. The most unhygienic & dirty place was the toilet. By seeing images online hotel looks good but in actual they are not same as they have been shown. Here is suggetion, It's time to maintain rooms.

Honestly, I like the hotel staff service only in black.

The attitude and behaviour of the staff was very bad. There is a lady who sit in the reception. She behave with people as if she is a boss and talk very rude. I booked an AC room with a bath tub but when i reached the place that lady was asking to pay the cash first and they didn't have a card machine. When i said I don't have cash she told me to go get cash from the ATM. I managed to pay using gpay. But after all i got a room which doesn't have a bath tub and no AC. No room service and no proper breakfast fast where they have very few options with the guy serving the food will always be chewing tobacco. I stayed here for 2 days and it was a very very bad experience. To summarise this is not a good place to stay and no value for money
