Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

ChinaThe room itself is pretty old, all furniture is shabby. That alone could be ok but the cleanliness is also pretty...dubious. Hot water in the shower only available limited hours - so only cold showers in the evenings and mornings(and if you're in Delhi for the sightseeing, logically this would be the only time when you'd be in your room, right? So get prepared to the cold shower - or stay dirty). Stone floors are pretty cold. We were there in December, the temperatures outside were like +20(day) to +7(night). The hotel promised to have an aircondition with the heating function but it didn't work, so it was really very chilly to sleep there at night. All in all - not a coziest stay in my life! But if you need some functional and timesaving stay to see the old Delhi center, this could work for you for one night.
Best location you could wish for in Delhi. 10 min walk to the Red Fort ticket office, the heart of old Delhi, Chadney Chawk market also in a walking distance. Friendly and helpful personnel, super fast replies by mail and even whatsapp! This guys know how to work well! Airport transfer included in the room fee.

FranceNothing really it reach our expectations, staff courteous.
We stayed here at the beginning & end of our 3 weeks in India. They safely held our bike bags whilst we were in India. They arranged a taxi to Agra & back to the airport. Supprisingly quiet for a crazy part of the world. They packed us a breakfast as we had an early start for the airport.

Spain-The staff at reception was very helpful and profesional. The rest of the staff not so much (and for some reason they kept trying to sell me alcohol). -There is only room service, and they had ran out of several dishes. -There is a lot written about the location in the other comments. The hotel is indeed located in a more abandoned area, but I never felt unsafe walking around there. A bigger problem might be that it is not that easy to explain the address to drivers, and several streets in the area where closed. So expect to walk part of the route when you arrive. There is a metro station at a convenient distance. To summarize: the location is no issue for people who have been travelling already for a while in India with limited luggage, but is not ideal for people just arriving in India, travelling with heavy luggage, or women travelling solo.
The room was comfortable and clean.

United KingdomCleanliness on the surface ok. Budget hotel. Walls grubby No duvet, mattress and pillow protectors. Nice enough shower room however the tap leaked and hot water was switched off throughout the day. Nothing complimentary like tea/coffee. Looked at us weirdly for requesting additional pillows and toilet rolls. Bins were not emptied throughout our 3 night stay. A smile wouldn’t go a miss.

Indiavery isolated destination, felt frightened to move around location. Room was very dirty, toilets were dirty, totally unkempt, when we asked house keeping to clean it, the staff that came looked like crooks ( scared us bad just looking at them). As we had checked in late we ordered food, which in turns was very bad. even our breakfast was pathetic. I STRONLY ADVICE PEOPLE NOT TO VISIT THIS PLACE....

AustraliaThe staff were friendly & went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. The hotel is within walking distance of the Red Fort, Jama Masjid & Chandi Chouk. There are plenty of eateries nearby. If you are looking for a Western type hotel, this is not for you, however if you are looking for an authentic Indian experience, then this is the place. I would definitely stay here again.
