We had an amazing stay at the hotel. We were greeted with a warm welcom, and check-in process was prompt. The rooms were very spacious and elegantly designed with all luxury toiletries. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The breakfast buffet was exceptional with options to suit every taste. Convenient access to Forum mall is definitely a plus! We had a wonderful time and highly recommend!

Booked this hotel room for my parents. Since there are not many Accor hotels in Kerala, Marriott group actually did a great job with this. Will be changing to Marriott Bon Voy very soon.
