The day when we were travelling to Goa, the same day we gave order for the meal in the afternoon and we were reaching at night.... When we reached there the staff told we did not get any order request.... Because in the morning there was another staff and in night the other staff was there.... There were communication gape between the staffs... Which we had to face .......

VietnamSome of the other guests were a little noisy but quietened down when asked. You get that sometimes. I thinnk they were just happy to be here.
Nice Pool and a good size room. Bed was an enormous King bed. The staff made the place. I felt welcomed with a phone call before I even arrived at the property which was a nice touch. Manager and the staff were always very accomodating and helpful; I had a bit of a topple on my bike outside one afternoon and they all came rushing out to help me. Very appreciated.

IndiaWater provided in the room is inadequate and they charge extra for water.Even Oyo and treebo gives packaged water for free upto 5 litres. Paid almost 5k for 1 night. Atleast water should be given free upto 4 litres. They gave 1 litre of water to 2 ppl. Mosquito liquid coil must be provided without asking considering ground floor has too many mosquito.Nowadays since there is lot of demand in Goa people have forgotten about hospitality. It has become a pure business now. Earlier in hotels one would feel welcome. I felt that was somehow missing. Staff needs to be trained more nicely and be a bit groomed. They should atleast pretend to be happy to see guests.
Location is nice in North Goa with plenty of options for food. Hotel staff is helpful for most of the part.

GermanyThe staff at the reception didn’t pay too much attention to us and we would rather recommend eating outside of the property. In Anjuna itself, there’s not so much to do or see, but we really enjoyed our scooter ride (which we rented from the hotel) to a place called House of Chapora. They have amazing techno music and a cool location.
The room was very spacious and clean and had a big bed and a nice balcony. The pool was also quite big and there was a nice seating area outside.
