We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.

United KingdomNothing. We loved it!
We loved our stay at The Brahma Space. It is super clean, beautifully decorated, and had the bonus of tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Ranjeet was an incredibly welcoming and helpful host. Highly recommend staying here.

ItalyNothing, absolutely nothing !
The Brahma space is the perfect place to stay. The whole building and rooms are super clean. Bed sheets and towels immaculates. The best quality I found in my tour in all Rajastan. Bed well confortable .shower with hot water. Nice to find some facilities like Kettle coffee and tea bags. The owner Mr. Rajneet is the perfect host. He make the difference! He welcoming me very well, kind, available to help and very professional. He speak a very good English. He puts so much love and passion in its work, treating his guests at the best. The Rooftop is super, well decorated, cared in each detail and with the most spectacular view on the city and all lake. You can sure spend nice moments there. The location is perfect, in the center, easy to find, near everything but not in a busy road. Leave this place was hard but all good memories and sensation i will bring with me. Super recommended. Thanks a lot for all.

CanadaMinimalist room design and the quirky old bathroom fixtures. It was pristine and airy. There was a large window in our room (it could be opened) overlooking a lovely green space and the roofs of the old temples. There are two terraces at the top of the building with views of the whole area. The whole atmosphere of the hotel is calm and serene. The owner was very friendly and helpful. We had a lovely stay.

United StatesA larger bathroom sink would have been easier to use.
There was no restaurant at the hotel, but that didn’t matter because the owner was quick to recommend some delicious places to eat. He was very kind and helpful, and his efforts made my stay in Pushkar better that I expected. I also loved the 2 rooftop patio levels. The one with a roof over it was a great place to relax in the afternoon.

AustraliaLike all of Pushkar there is some early morning prayer noise. Bring ear plugs regardless of where you stay.
Excellent location , very near the Lake for Sunset point, and very near the bazaar but not in it. The hotel is located on a quiet little square that has several good restaurants and a couple of cafes. I loved the Chotu bakery for breakfast and a gentle start to the day. Rooms are clean as a whistle and nicely styled. The roof chill area comfy, great for relaxing and watching the sunset. I was also working and doing early morning zoom calls which the internet was plenty good enough for. Ranjeet is a really excellent host and responded quickly to several requests I had. Ranjeet was caring and friendly and made the hotel feel like home. I ended up staying ten days as a result.

Preface - I honestly rarely leave glowing reviews. Travelled the world and seen many places ok ok sure Ranjeet (one of the owners) built this place from scratch with a dream in hand. An endearing delicate chill soul who actually has an attention to detail you don’t find as often within India. Rooms are exactly what you want and exactly what you’ll get. The roof top with the view is the absolute perfect mental reset. I highly highly doubt most places around Pushkar can match this especially considering it’s central right on the lake surrounded by everything you need. Give the man some business cause he deserves it. Thanks Ranjeet you gave me a nice stay that exceeded expectations and I wish you success in your endeavour.

United KingdomThis is Pushkar sir you are very close to temples. There will be very noisy chanting first thing in the morning for around 45 minutes. After that all is calm. The compensation is the you are right in the centre of the market and very close to the like with super rooftop
Beautiful renovation of a lovely old building. The rooftop view is among the best in Pushkar. Very friendly helpful owner. There are large rooms and one very small (yes very small) so important you check the size of the room when booking I would recommend going for the larger rooms.

IsraelThat I had to leave, I wish I could stay forever
The moment I went up the stairs I realized my dream in India finally come true. The Brahma space hotel is the most clean and beautiful hotel in whole India, more than any fancy hotel I’ve been to there’s always a good smell in the hotel space, in the rooms, it’s always quite and secure. Everything I needed I got in few minutes, hot water, A/C, highest quality of bed sheets.. the staff were always super nice and helpful, the location and the view is just perfect for either lonely travelers or amore, one minute walk to the shops, the restaurants, the lake, the temples and even the laundry place, in the middle of everything and on the same time so peaceful and quite. The hotel is managed by Ranjeeb and Monica, sweet modest couple with a good taste, deep conversations about life and knows pushkar really well. They built the hotel on their own and I can’t wait to see the cafe they planning on the most beautiful roof top in pushkar. I can’t wait to come back with my family to see this magic

Our room was very comfy and clean. The staff are very thoughtful and helpful. If you stay here and go to the rooftop, you'll be amazed by that space. This place is wonderful and I feel so lucky to have found it! It’s brand new; hence the lack of reviews here, but it truly is an exceptional property. Spotlessly clean, everything is brand new and an amazing owner who goes above and beyond to help with all he can. the views over pushkar lake are magnificent and the location is fabulous- right next to the sunset point and a stones throw away from the central market. travelling alone, as a woman, I felt really safe and of course will be coming back to stay here on my return to pushkar. thanks so much for having me and for making my stay so seamless and enjoyable 😊🙏🏻

United KingdomNothing!
The most amazing part was the roof terraces, three layers with the best views in Pushkar (and we sat in a lot of roof top cafes during our week). It has a 360 view of the whole town, you can see all of the temples, mountains and the sunset is unbelievable. Photos don't do it justice, really! The location is perfect - central, yards away from all the great street food and cafes, but as soon as you enter up the steps it is very peaceful, quiet and calm. The interior design is lovely - rustic, authentic but also fairly modern. The furniture has a shabby chic style which I love. Very very very clean, spotless in fact. Room - airy, light and relaxing. The bed is large and very comfortable, the bed linen freshly laundered and soft, and it can be changed whenever you want on request. Bathroom - solid utilities that all work very well, clean, functional, spacious. Hot water at all times, and the floor squeegee provided was ideal to scrape any shower water away. The owner is very calm, friendly and easy going - made our stay stress free and relaxing.

SwedenMy room did not have heater which is very important during the winter season. My toilet plus bathroom were outside my in the balcony. Initially I thought it was okay but later it became very inconvinient as in the cold morning I had to go out to take a bath. Moeover, bathroom and toilet space was conjested and I had to change my cloths inside wet bathroom (otherwise I had to pass infront of many people who were infront of the balcony) so which also became not so pleasant.
Clean and nice bed.

AustraliaIt’s very close to the temple with music starting very early in the morning. Bring earplugs or ask for a back room. Early noise is far less noticeable than street facing rooms.
The Haveli is full of character and has amazing rooftop views. Very clean and comfortable and central to everything in Pushka. Includes tea, coffee and a jug in the room.

IndiaAs mentioned in some other reviews it’s right next to a temple and since there’s no windowpane in the windows it get very loud at around 5am (even with earplugs). Part of the culture but worth keeping it in mind if you are a light sleeper The mattress is on the short side and very hard

GermanyThe lady who managed the hotel during my stay first offered me a room without windows. After my request to get a room with windows she offered me another room with windows to a balcony. As I found out in the morning, it was not a private balcony. Somebody was just walking there right past my open windows. Not a cool thing to wake up to. The bathroom was very-very basic. The tap was very tiny and there was no room for placing anything, hardly even my toothpaste and toothbrush. I had to put my cremes and stuff on a little stool which is supposed to be for taking a shower. Breakfast options (which are not included in the stay) are very modest.
The hotel is situated in a very central area, which is good on one hand, but also very noisy in the morning (including unpleased noises). It is very simple, but clean. Nice terrace on the rooftop.
