Hands down best homestay we stayed at. Everything about the homestay makes you feel like home and luxury yet very affordable.. Views are best from room. Scenic view, larger and cleaner rooms with much details make you feel like you are staying at historocal place and best breakfast. Stanzin is a great host. Always there to help out and never let you feel like you are just a guest. We planned to stay there for 4 days but ended up staying for 2 weeks!!!! Apart from the best experiences.its very convieniently located to stay at leh as Its 10 min walk to leh market, 15-20 mins walk to shanti stupa and peaceful places for evening walk.

With uninterrupted electricity backed by power backup, 24/7 solar-powered hot water, and high-speed WiFi, it caters perfectly to the needs of families, couples, and digital nomads alike. These features, combined with the tranquil atmosphere, make it an excellent base for both short-term tourists and those looking for a longer, comfortable stay in Leh.
Our stay at Stanzin's charming homestay in Leh was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived, we were enveloped in warm hospitality and made to feel like part of the family. Our room was spacious and airy, with a breathtaking view of the aesthetic mountains and the Shanti Stupa, which is just a short walk away. The entire property exudes an air of tranquility - from the fragrant vegetable and flower garden to the inviting common areas. It is also incredibly close to the Leh market which is an added bonus. But what truly sets this homestay apart is the genuine care and attention from our hosts. Stanzin's and her mom's homemade breakfasts (available on order) featuring local specialties were a daily highlight. Their knowledge of the region led us to hidden gems in Ladakh we never would have discovered on our own. Their insider tips and stories gave us an authentic taste of local life. We left feeling refreshed, inspired, and already thinking of our return visit. For travelers seeking an immersive, unforgettable experience, we cannot recommend this homestay highly enough. It's more than just accommodation - it's a slice of paradise and a home away from home.

IndiaI really liked the residential locality because it is very peaceful and not too far from the main market. The place is warm and cozy (you also have cats and kittens on the terrace). The place is very aesthetic with wooden frames and designs. The room has an amazing view of Leh and the beautiful Himalayas. The hosts were warm too, who keen not to disturb so you have your privacy! Overall, an amazing experience and I recommend this to anyone wanting a comfortable stay right at the heart of Leh.
