AC was not upto the mark, its controlled set up. Thankfully there was a ceiling fan, so could go through the stay. Doesn't justify the pricing though.

The Airport Transfer was not good. The guy was not able to find the airport. It was horrible ride

Dinner is very bad, no outside food allowed. Entire property is non smoking. No restaurant nearby. Services are poor. Since hotel is near turbhe railway station, its noisy if you are track facing.

Check in took longer time even if i paid all the fee prior, and no other traveler during that time, So please try if you can make it little faster. Room window glass needs to be cleaner.

Service quality in the restaurant is very poor. Too much delay. No one bothers if you are sitting idle n waiting for your order to be executed.

Some days when occupancy rate is low there is meagre spread of menu. Very bad.

The entire property is non smoking. This was the only inconvenience. There arent even designated smoking areas. You legit have to go out to smoke.

The ambience of the room and the minimalist furnishing had a good feel about it. Room service was prompt and very clear in their communication. Front desk was fast in processing the check ins.

1)I hated the tub tub tub nonsense without lengthy shower . I did mot have shower🤷‍♀️ Yes Mr Vikram did warn me this point of fern club room, bit i was adamnt as i liked size and view of hills. Fern pls remove the only tub funda pls plan 2)food= nonveg just some chicken bones🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️ if u r sooo less on item.then why not proper nice boneless chicken come one The restaurant staff is very hardworking and they do everything BUT GUYS WHY WHY DO THEY LOOK SOOO TENSED, NO SMILE , CONTINOUS MOROSE FACES. I THINK TOOO MUCH WORK. I SAW SAME FACES ALL 3 SHIFTS. THATS THE REASON THEY LOOK TENSED AND SAAAAD. OTHERWISE FOOD QUALITY GOOD

I liked Manisha, Mr vikram tingare, akshata, reception house keeper Archana. They were helpful and have genuine answer I liked the quiet place usual ferns mild decor, my fern club room was good view . Pleasing. some food was good

Location good new the Turbhe main local station, movement to any were is so easy ..Propertey worth money I paid , staff are so intimate especially Pooja .

Requested an omelette with room service but was given chicken sausages with it which I feel should be asked before being served 2- I saw a very innovative notice which said - complementary fresh seasonal fruit will be served if you order with room service- a good initiative to avoid wastage. However when I ordered it did not arrive at all . The rooms were good but again some hitches there- 1 While having a bath the water from the bathroom was draining so slowly that it entered the dry area and messed it up. 2- A tripod table in the room was so precarious that while shifting it all the food on the table fell down

The hotel is clean and has a good ambience. The rooms are good and spacious with good lighting. The staff are courteous but need a bit more of training in guest management

Late night dining options were very very limited... I was on a business trip and used to return post 11 pm to my room ..... Didn't have any dinner options at that time

property was new but needs lot of fine cleaning. didn’t have the feel of a star properly and definitely not with the rates they are charging. breakfast served was average.

The food ordered through room service was bad. it was an egg curry and eggs were old and slightly stale.

Easily accessible location and very clean property. Good breakfast with lots of choices.
