We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

NorwayPrices for room service (food & laundry) are a tad high, though buffet prices are fair. Noise in the rooms towards the road can seep through. (Wedding, Cars honking etc.)
Service was nice. This is a 3 star, but they provide exceptional service. Breakfast was very good. Rooms were spacious, and had most facilities for a short stay. They don't keep mini-bar by default, thus one can't complain that they have picked up food from fridge by mistake.
