1. Breakfast menu is the same every day. We stayed for 4 days straight and it started to get boring on 3rd and 4th day. 2. When bathroom glass door are kept open, it gets stuck to the bathroom main door. I wish the cubicle door was sliding. 3. Rooms are small for the class, I wish the cupboard doors slide and not block the passage 4. Sofa is old type.

Breakfast can be made complimentary, at least with minimal menu options.

We stayed there overnight and loved the view outside of our room. Everything looked clean and tidy, we had a study table as well. The breakfast buffet menu was good with loads of option and worth every penny if you are into trying different items. Ambience is good and the staff are polite and helpful.

I lived on the second floor , the smell added in the corridor, synthetic smell is terrible and a bit agressif to my nose. Toilet on GF was not clean around the seating area and second toilet on the floor.

Mattress are great quality and i have roomed around many different hotel in Chennai. Sian restaurant very Authentic Chinese/ Thai food, tasty. Lovely professional waitresses Ms Amen good job. Having a hairdresser at the hotel is good idea.

The counter staff at the reception were not very charming or active The room cleaning was not excellent as I found the iron box dusty and greasy. I saw a girl crying loud as her finger got cut from a glass piece lying on the sofa in the dining room

Facility was small. Food could have been better with better prices. Its quiet expensive vi's a vi's the kind of a facility.

During rush hours there is a shortage of extra beds, was lucky enough to get a mattress and a discount was given for the extra matteress since the cot wasn't provided . The bath had issue with the outlet, to be fixed.

The location is excellent, loved the place. Enjoyed the breakfast, the spread was excellent. Didn't have much time so couldn't visit the spa. The hotel is well equipped for business travellers who travel for work. The pool is well maintained. Gym is good.
