Location was great not too high on mountains so cold was relatively less and the staff was very helpful. They provided us with cab facilities as well made sure we reached the property safe and secure.

Space is small. Need more garding with swings and outside seating arrangement.

Everything is good. But family room is not available that's why i adjusted in one big room. Food is very nice. Staff is best and very nice.

The place is very cosy place and the staffs were really nice. Munir had attended us throughout the stay and took care of all the needs.

Wazwan dinner was not up to the mark. The reason owner gave was that their employees are on holiday due to Eid which is acceptable. But in final bill he charged way to much for Wazwan. When asked about it he said this less than normal. When i visited Srinagar and had wazwan dinner it was cheaper and better quality and Varity included. Even the veg dinner was served the same for 2 consecutive days and was charged way too much when he himself knows that the same dishes he served for 2 days. Eid holiday excuse is acceptable but could have adjusted the Price in final bill accordingly.

Breakfast was good even though the regular cook was not there due to Eid. Good Taxi service was available with them.

Tangmarg has limited electricity supply so heaters and fast relief from the cold could be a slight discomfort but they give hot water bags that keep you warm the entire night.

Location: It wasn’t in Gulmarg but it was right on the highway, where getting local shared cabs was very easy from. Food: hands down the best food we’ve had on our entire Kashmir trip. Chef has some magic in his hands! ❤️ and they serve it with love too. Cleanliness: it wasn’t spick and span clean but when pointed out, they didn’t hesitate to clean specific areas for us. Approachable: the hosts and the staff were super friendly and approachable. They also recommended us nice hidden gems and how to go about transporting to Gulmarg everyday for cheap. They saved us a lot of money. Accommodation: they have rooms in all sizes big and small. You can book according to the number of people in your family. They have direct sunlight and a separate balcony to dry your clothes out on a drying rack.

The team of Abid is super helpful, they took care of us where it was my first time in Kashmir. In a very cold weather of -10 degrees they took care of all d heating facilities they cld provide. Welcomed with very authentic kashmiri Kahwa chai, there care taker qasim was super caring too. Providing cab to gulmarg site seeing and following by trip to pehelgam all on paid cab service provided by thr inhouse cab facility, it was a good experience too. As per food dont miss the chicken korma made by thr local chef, it was amazing. I recommend people this hotel. 🙏

The staff was wonderful and they guys made our stay amazing and more comfortable. Food was also good. The location is perfect if you are planning a trip for the waterfall and gulmarg. Best part is the warm bags or electric blankets.

I Recently stayed at the Gulmarg palace, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure every detail of my stay was perfect. The room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the view from my window was breathtaking. One of the highlights was the hotel’s restaurant—delicious food with kashmiri touch. The location was perfect, close to major attractions but still peaceful enough for a relaxing stay. I highly recommend the gulmarg palace to anyone looking for a perfect blend of comfort, service, and elegance. I will definitely be returning on my next visit!

We had couple of days stay. The hotel is too good to stay. Abid & Muneer gave us excellent service throughout the stay. Very cooperative staff. Imran from the staff was serving us 24×7 assistance. Breakfast is too good especially Aloo Paratha. Dinner we had in Kashmiri Style & that was amazing experience for us. Aloo methi, Aloo jeera, wazwan, etc. Parking is available. Heater provided in the room. Hot bags they provide in the night which was warm full night. Triple blankets too much sufficient. Overall Stay is excellent 10/10.
