The bathrooms need overhauling - with proper shower panels as water spills all over the bathroom. Also the buffet didn't have enough fruit options.

There is no elevator between floors here. This makes it very difficult for senior citizens, especially super-senior (one in my family was 84 and the other 77) citizen to keep moving within the hotel. The cab that was booked from the hotel for local tour had a driver who talked on mobile all the time. Also, most annoyingly, he kept on reporting our destinations to someone (being a Bengali, I understand Odiya quite well). Further, the cab, again booked by the hotel, that brought us from Puri to Bhubaneswar had a very rough driver.

Food at the dining hall, view by the side of the pool, and the hospitality of the staff. Bhagyalashmi @ reception, Upinder @ day dining, and Bar in-charge (sorry forgot the name) @ night dining made the stay particularly enjoyable.

Back of the property needs lots more garden and greenery and screening , approaching the rooms needs lot more tidying and removing rubbish folding beds. Renovate the corridors. Rooms need renovation & modernisation .

Though the staff are helpful, they wait to get tipped. A guard was running behind our car for tips. Check out should be at least at 10 AM. 8AM is early.

Buffets don't have too many options. The hotel really needs renovation. The hotel does offer a pundit who can bring Jagannath’s Prasad even the Hotel Manager recommends but this pundit charges a lot it's his way only. The toilet near the buffet area needs to smell good it was unbearable. I really did not take any chocolate from room but ended up paying for it. Its small thing but trust must be there.

This property looks like a resort. All room service guys are very humble helpful and professional. They have a great swimming pool and a 2 min walk to the beach. Very accommodating if you have to leave before buffet time they arrange a few things so you can eat and then go. Mr Rajendra made sure we were happy in our rooms. Girls bringing flowers to the room was nice. The security guys were very nice and helpful.

The policy of early morning discharge by 8 AM is very inconvenient. It should be 24 hrs check out as in any reputable hotel. The extension was not given beyond 10 am even though I had checked in at 1.30 pm the previous day. You expect to stay at least 24 hrs after paying a premium

The non co operation and uptight attitude of the front desk and the rude behaviour of the manager. They need to learn from their junior team of staff of how to talk and behave with guests. Zero knowledge of money handling.

The hotel room lacks meticulousness in cleanliness. Given the price, it doesn't seem worth it; the room appears more suited for a cheaper rate, yet they charge significantly more.

The food and restaurant were impressive. The swimming pool was pleasant, and its adjacent washing area was convenient. Additionally, the room balcony offered a good view of the ocean.

Wash room is adjustable

Location is very beautiful, greenery is awesome and sea view from balcony gives a joy, it is awesome. Staff is very friendly and cooperative. Nice stay!!!!

Pool is not well maintained. The tiles of the pool are broken and it was not that clean.

It was average. Most of the food was cold. And I could see only three staff running around with the food and serving too. May be they need to increase staff.
