The steps to access the property. With old/ physically challenged people it is difficult to come in and out of the property. The bathroom tiles can be quite slippery when wet. Some of the air-conditioners surfaces were in need of maintenance. This being a homestay, the costs could have been a bit lower.

Unique and beautiful rooms - very welcoming. The staff were quite helpful and efficient. If they smiled a bit more, the experience would be even better! Freshly prepared, hot breakfast. Prompt help with the transport.

It's very said, because after a nice welcoming, one of the stuff helped us to get a sim card in a store around the corner which we found was very helpful of him. But after we got the sim we found out that they charged us 5 times more than the actual price. Maybe our found we should have checked the price online before. The sim from Airtel with 1.5 G per day and free call in India for 28 days should cost only 300 INR. We found it very rude that one of the stuff scammed us, after we checked in and just had breakfast before.

Very nice and clean room and the location was also not to bad. When we arrived in the morning they provided us straight away with a very nice breakfast., because the next morning we would not be able to have one, because of early leaving. That was nice.

There was very heavy loud construction downstairs, which made it very hard to rest during the day if you wanted to.

Guesthouse is located about 30 minutes walk from the Taj Mahal, in a quiet area. The room is clean, the beds are comfortable. The staff and owner are nice and welcoming. The only problem was with the earlier breakfast. The day before we left, we asked for an earlier breakfast and got a confirmation. On the day of departure, breakfast wasn't ready at the agreed time and we had to wake up a member of staff who said we'd make it our own. After a short conversation he prepared us breakfast. Perhaps there was some misunderstanding, but it was stressful because we were in a hurry to catch the train. Other than that, the place deserves a recommendation because it's good and comfortable.

Early in the morning I was woken up by loud music. We informed the administrator, but the problem was not solved. Poor sound insulation in a room with a window on the stairs.

Very attentive and friendly staff. We helped to order a late dinner, and in the morning we cooked a great breakfast.

Lovely homestay in the heart of Agra. Rooms were big and spacious and the outside terrace was a lovely space to relax in. All staff were wonderful and friendly and the breakfast was tasty

Our room had no daylight. Unfortunately there was unpleasent smell in the bathroom.

The Homestay is located very central. We could relax at the nice little terrace and enjoyed the breakfast made with love. Staff was very helpful.

Very clean and comfortable homestay in Agra. The room was modern and high ceiling. The staff were friendly and helpful. We ordered the dinner from the hotel. They cooked delicious food right in front of us. The next early morning we went to Taj Mahal to catch the sunrise. it was dark when we walked outside, so we took tuk tuk. It was just few minutes to arrive west gate. Very like this homestay, will highly recommend to anyone who is going to visit Agra.

No water bottle provided for tooth brush, you need to get filtered water from the kitchen in a cup.

The house and the room was very clean, comfortable beds and hot water available at all times.. Also in the kitchen you can make a cup of tea or coffe. We went to Taj Mahal at 5:30 and when we get back they prepared breakfast for us. Walking distance for Taj Mahal. After check out they let us wait in the living room for 1 hour until was time for our train, very kind staff.

Unfortunately for two days of our five-day stay the gym played loud music at 7am and 10pm. It is not the fault of the Hideout, but it sounded like there was a party in the next room. If you are lucky and stay when the gym isn't running sessions, your stay will be perfect. Never go into a shop using a tuktuk in Agra, or you will pay twice the price since the tuktuk drivers demand a cut from the shopkeepers.

The breakfast was excellent, our room was spacious and it was nice to be able to make a tea or coffee whenever we wanted. I also loved the water filter system so we could top up our water without having to buy plastic bottles. We walked to the Taj, which was handy too. The shower was good. They let us leave our bags after we checked out, which was very kind and much appreciated..

Nothing. Service is good enough for the price.

The host was very friendly and helped us call an Uber when we needed to go to the station. He speaks English very well and showed us a lot of tips when travelling in Agra. The room was clean and cozy. It has a small heater, which is enough for me in cold weather. The other staff were also very helpful.
