IndiaThe food taste and quality was good but served warm and at room temperature.. we kept requesting for hot food… the staff were struggling with this.. this is quite annoying in the cold weather if there is no hot food.
We had a good stay at the HighGarden… the location is good.. not too close to the market or too far. The staff are really very helpful especially Mr Prabhu and Mr Riyaz who went out of his way to help us… Mr Mahesh at the restaurant was also always helpful.

IndiaThe room is different what is shown in your pictures.. With very dark coloured interior. We have booked 3 suites.. But they have provided us 2 deluxe rooms and one very small room which they were telling us as suite. On repeatedly requesting many times they were not ready to change the room saying that rooms are not available.In morning many rooms were empty but they were still not ready to change our room saying that manager will decide what to do. But manager was not available till 11.30 am in morning..and also for the next 2 days we haven't seen him. finally with so much struggle they changed our room. Room service was very poor.. We stayed for 3 days..from day 1 there was no soap and shampoo in the dispensers..Daily asking to fill the shampoo and soap dispenser.. But wasn't done till last day.. No hot water in the washbasin..broken stool. .. Daily same breakfast was served..only South Indian menu was available..Also almost same and limited option for food in night were available.. In short we had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. .. No facilities were available according to the cost.. And the staff was not cooperative as well.

IndiaI had booked 2 sunflower theme rooms via booking.com but when booking was done I was give 1-daisy room (lower quality) and 1-sunflower & I did mention this in booking.com notes for checking in. I also called them & said, they acknowledged and promised to give me both premium rooms. Few days before checking in I got multiple calls daily so many times reminding me of my stay dates , I was tired of answering them same thing again but they never helped wrt my rooms. They have poor / not well coordinated phone staff (bunch of confused ladies keep calling again n again asking same thing about booking).

IndiaThe property was not able to manage the crowd during breakfast, though the food was tasty, we had to wait for a long time for breakfast. The room was very spacious, but no views. It was just a closed room. We were two adults and one kid, paid 7486, We felt it was not worth it for INR 7000+.

During our two-night stay, we encountered a lack of variety in both the breakfast and dinner menus, with identical offerings each day. This repetition not only limited our dining experience but also raised concerns about the possibility of the hotel reusing leftover food. Such practices, if true, could be seen as a significant oversight in hospitality standards. Furthermore, a basic yet crucial amenity was noticeably lacking. Despite multiple requests for a toilet tissue roll, the hotel consistently failed to provide one throughout our entire stay. This oversight was not only inconvenient but also reflected poorly on the hotel's attention to guest needs and basic hygiene standards.
The property boasted a truly stunning location, offering breathtaking views that were a feast for the eyes. The hotel staff were the epitome of kindness and helpfulness, always ready to assist with a warm smile.
