The staff is rather grumpy. Prerna was very good, but the others ... Well, made it feel as though they were doing me favour, by having me there. The rooms are rather shabby. Bathroom somewhat decrepit.

It requires 100 steps to reach the property. While going down the stairs, sanitary pipes reek of fowl smell. Otherwise the rooms are clean.

It gets quite cold in winter. Would be great to have heaters in the room but don’t know if it would fit the costs.

Had an amazing stay at Zostel. It has a super nice location with an amazing view from the community terrace. The staff are super down to earth, welcoming and helpful if you have any questions. Thanks Munish for the last four days. I’ve met a lot of lovely people there as a solo traveler so the whole atmosphere is very good. Special shout out to the cook. Indians staying there mentioned it can easily compete with better restaurants in the area so usually they ate there.

This has been one of my favourite places to stay at in dhamakot, but not anymore. The kind of people staying there are generally looking for a loud party atmosphere. I also don't get the point of playing loud rock, metallic music in the common area at 8-9 am. It's ridiculous. Completely destroys the ambience of the good location.

The property is situated at a picturesque location. The view of the mountains from the café is nothing short of life-altering! The staff is warm and co-operative. I would definitely love to visit again and recommend it to my friends :)

The 96 stairs, you need to go down with your luggage which is kind of disturbing when you convince people to stay in zostel & yes the linen on bed was not clean. So after covid kindly make sure that linen should be fresh n clean.

I like the vibe of the zostel, actually I always prefer zostel as compare to any luxury brand when it comes to mountain but with this one, the experience was ok. Overall food was delicious, view from the room was amazing.

Its strict no if you are travelling with your Spouse or GF. Location is very very bad, no parking nearby and room conditions (as i booked a room with balcony) is very poor. It feels like you are staying in some PG which is situates in middle of some very congested gali.

Location is a bit off, you have to walk over 100 steps to reach the place. The staff behaviour was okay I would say in my opinion, not very cooperative.

The view was great. Food is good too. The dorm and bed was clean!

The location was not accessible at all. There were a lot of stairs through which you need to enter which is very uncomfortable if you are travelling with a trolley bag. There were no elevators inside the zostel as well. The wifi was not working at all. We had booked a private room and the size of the room was too small. Not worth the price at all. The entire place was too congested and claustrophobic.
