Welcome on arrival wasn't wonderful. Hot water was very limited. Breakfast was just okay.

It felt like this hotel could be a great place... but it didn't really work. It has a decent, clean pool but is surrounded by loungers that are starting to rust and there are no tables to put books or glasses on etc. as a result, it isn't really a place you hang around. It has a good open air (but under cover) dining area that could be buzzing but the place is empty... this emptiness and the message that gives about the food means you tend to go elsewhere when it's time to eat (the couple of small dishes I tried there were only OK). There is a big enclosed bar but again it is always empty... and has an unpleasant odor which means you wouldn't want to hang around there either.

Breakfast was fine when it was self-service. However a couple of days we had to order to waitors and it took about 45 mins to arrive on both occasions.

The staff can take their time with the check in. We also booked a taxi with them that never showed up. Even so, they tried to help us much as possible.

Room service took a bit longer than expected but that may be because we visited during the new years eve period.

The location is excellent. All staff members are polite and helpful. The owner went out of his way to help our family with food on new year's Eve despite the huge crowd and pressure on the kitchen.

It was clean and convenient. Rooms were big. Property is too close to Kochi attractions. Most of the places are in walking distance.

The TV was not working (we did appreciate the fact that an employee tried his best to fix it). The shower was a bit bipolar , with cold and hot water, but these were tiny inconveniences. We loved the place all in all. Old Kochi is charming.

The room was nice, clean, comfortable and spacious. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The water in the pool was crystal clear, though I didn’t get a chance to actually take a dive during our short trip.

Awesome location just next to the Chinese fishing nets and the Vypin Ferry. For the Ernakulam (marine drive) ferry you have to walk 10 minutes to the custom house. Many restaurants are located around the area. My personal favourite were Tibet kitchen, fusion bay and ……. All the Hotel staff were Super friendly and helpful. Hotel has a good ambience and nice vibe to it. A home away from home. Very clean rooms though the functioning of the hot water shower needs to be checked. They have inhouse restaurant and food was very tasty. Authentic Keralite cuisine. They will customize the food to your taste. Pool starts at 3.2 ft and goes up to 4.5 ft.

Food and service in the restaurant. I had it only once there, when I was checking in. After that I never had since I didn't have good experience the first time. Food was average, portion below average and time taken to serve almost an hour.

Very spacious room. The biggest I have seen yet in this price range. Location was perfect. Close to the ferry point to Vypin island, close to good eateries and well known streets
