Not recommendable place not at all worth staying, the staff is extremely cold no onw care about any thing services are just not at all good, choose any other Hotel instead staying here.

The Additional facilities as per the booking were not provided despite repeated request. Despite fruit platter being included in the package the same was not provided despite three requests. Secondly despite lounge access being included in terms provided by booking.com, we were informed at property that the same was only available for suites and that the lounge was also not functional. Thirdly there was water dripping outside the bathroom from the Airconditioning unit and numerous requests to send housekeeping and maintenance department to clean the floor and see to the functioning of unit no action was taken. Resultantly the entire floor was wet and slippery. This was my second stay at Lalit Jaipur and I was really disappointed by the service.

Dangerous environment and ignorant service. This was a middle quality hotel with three alarming points: 1. Check in took almost an hour, rooms were not ready - nobody apologized or offered compensation. The menager never appeared, receptionist explained that they were busy with the wedding 2. There are fully armed soldiers inside carrying automatic rifles in both main hall and on the floor I had a room at. Some of them had rifles leaning towards the walking corridor. 3. The fridge in the room was crackling the whole night. Overall, hygiene was poorer than in any other 5 stars indian hotel. The only good experience I had was in 24/7 restaurant which had an amazing service

One of the worst hotels, rooms are super old, bad smell, insects were found in the room and in different locations in the facility, staff didn't know how to speak properly to guests, other guests were making lot of noise and slamming doors till past midnight, I was shocked that they cared about being a pride movement hotel before doing there job as a hotel. Will not be visiting this hotel again.

SERVICE AND YOUR RECEPTION STAFF WAS BAD EXCEPT THE MANAGER WHO GAVE US THE USE OF THE CHARGER.THE service in your 24/7 was VERY BAD ,NO ONE BOTHERED OR TRIED TO GET ANYTHING LIKE TEA ,COFFEE,EGG , CLEARANCE OF PLATES. WAKE UP PLEASE TRAIN YOUR PEOPLE

The experience was an utter disappointment! The furniture was broken, everyday they wouldn’t give us replenished towels , and when we paid a hefty amount for an extra bed they refused to give extra pillows with it until we took a stand. Horrible!

Breakfast was pathetic. Low on taste qulity and variety all. romms no well kept and not a 5 star quality room it was a 4 star quality. Staff was arrogant and especially the duty managers. swimming pool was dirty.

The service of the staff was good. The breakfast could have been better. The choices in the breakfast could have been better and the number of items could have been more.

breakfast was fine, room was fine as well. Although, I got charged extra for the room block. after paying fully as well, the block wasn't removed. No one has come back to me on this as yet!!
