Poor services in the restaurant, service was slow and staff was rude. There were bugs on the dishes and we had complain 3 times to get them to clean the plates.

There is nothing to dislike. The choice of crockery during breakfast was not up to Lalit Standards, we were served things in steel bowls which looked very outdated and heavily used in the past. Also, the coffee mugs were not up to the standards of the Lalit.

The property has the best view one can get in Udaipur. Rooms are super comfy and well-maintained. The food was great as well. The hotel garden was easily accessible and it was great to spend your mornings and evenings there!! I would love to visit again in the coming years. The hotel has a limited number of rooms so the property never feels overcrowded which is a rare sight nowadays.

Breakfast. Very unprofessional and rude staff who were not listening and discriminating the guests. Only serving to some of the privileged customers. It spoiled our mood and we make a complaint about it even to the local staff while our saty. Some of the staff is very arrogant and rude and soil our mood during our saty.

I liked everything, except some very minor cleanliness and maintenance issues which were solved really swiftly by the hotel.

The restaurant is small and crowded, no swimming pool, gym was locked, the Lake facing rooms have this window with curtain n mattress which is of poor quality, matress keeps sliding when you sit on it, the curtains or blinds are very untidy and with large gaps thus making rooms visible from the road.

Nice & beautiful location looking at Fateh sagar lake. Garden offers nice walk and spacious. Very polite staff & ready to help all the time. Spacious rooms with lake view is exceptional.

If you want to waste your money please go there they want to earn by hook or by crook. No swimming pool over there basic facilities only the view of lake can give enjoy. Otherwise nothing over there.

Some of the guests were a little noisy at night.

The history of the property, facilities, and the comfort of beautiful gardens as was the view of Lake Fateh Sagar from my spacious room. The Lalit is a wonderful place chill and retreat to from the hustle and bustle of Udaipur. There was also a great variety of delicious food to choose from !!

Cleanliness of batrooms, room furnishings are dated, bath towels were not soft, Some of the staff in the restaurant were rude or maybe less experienced in hospitality. No swimming pool at the property was a letdown. But this was my mistake for not checking properly.
