Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United KingdomNothing to dislike!
A really lovely hotel with kind attentive staff. Excellent rooftop restaurant with views of Jaipur, nice compact pool for cooling off. Away from the madness of Jaipur centre but a 100 rupee tuktuk is easy. The cauliflower wings were a particular favourite.

AustraliaNice place to stay in a good neighbourhood. Next to a great cafe. Entry is a little weird with reception not being on the level you enter into. Could be due to high season but prices seem a bit high compared to the standard of the room given.

The location is grand, rooms are clean and just like in the pictures, bathrooms are amazing and the upstairs pool is cute.. Staff was understanding about our request to extend the stay. Overall great stay.

AustraliaThe small rooftop pool is a little unuseable due to lack of shade for more than two people. Also squeezed into the restaurant area. The hotel is located in an area with few other services/dining options a few kilometres from the old city and attractions (although this seems to be true of many hotels in Jaipur).
This is an interesting property - unconventional for a hotel but not in a bad way. Excellent restaurant (run separately ) on the rooftop with great food and wine. Rooms small but well set up.

United KingdomThe walls are quite thin - we could hear all the noise from the floor above us which was frustating when trying to sleep. I could hear, what sounded like, chairs and tables dragging until early hours of the morning and then again from around 6/7am. The reception staff weren't always the most helpful or friendliest, however the staff by the entrance and the housekeeping staff were really nice and super helpful.
The location is great - the hotel's not too far from main tourist attractions. The coffee shop next door is really great - we had breakfast there most days and food was great. The hotel is lovely and well maintained - we had the studio and had plenty of space. The restaurant at the hotel is great - the food was really delicious. However, the service was a bit hit and miss.

ItalyThe hotel offers clean, modern spaces and a stylish atmosphere. The rooftop restaurant, Nouba, is a highlight, serving high-quality food with relatively fast service. The included breakfast is worth trying, as it’s served in the same rooftop setting. Guests can enjoy a mix of Asian and continental cuisine alongside classic Indian dishes.

United StatesThe only thing that could have been better was our check in experience. We were one hour early and he wanted to charge us 1000 rupees to check in. We said no, we would wait and then he said ok, you can check in now. That was annoying , since our room was clearly ready.
We didn’t have breakfast in the hotel. There is however an excellent coffee shop on the street.

United Kingdomnoisy at night. It sounded like they were doing work in the hotel that went on until at least midnight. Banging and sawing. Plus the fridge kept purring every hour or so. Luckily I’m a deep sleeper but would notice in the period before falling asleep.
A very comfortable stay despite the noise. Room was clean and a good size. The restaurant was exceptional. Very nice coffee shop next door that does good strong coffee and pastries.

United StatesA very nice boutique hotel in the city. Special was the open-air rooftop restaurant, which I enjoyed immensely both nights for drinks and dinner, and as a boutique hotel, not many other guests to bother you.. The room was very nice.

United StatesHave stayed here twice after having tried a 5 star hotel in Jaipur… this hotel was much more enjoyable and comfortable. Located on a convenient but quiet street, you can walk to restaurants around the corner but the food here at the rooftop venue is amazing. Spa was outstanding. Room very large, comfortable and convenient with the kitchen. Could not be happier. Great staff too.

The location is both convenient and in a wealthy residential area with easy access to a great coffee shop and transport options. We loved the roof top bar, restaurant and pool which was relaxed and the service very good. Our rooms were spacious, well appointed and very clean. Finally, we really enjoyed our breakfasts with the charming and very attentive breakfast server!

GeorgiaIn a Friday evening a load music was playing in the neighborhood. Luckily our room was on the opposite side of the building so it wasn't very annoying. I didn't like the breakfast served in hotel restaurant.

A boutique hotel that far exceeds the 3stars on Booking.com. The staff were friendly and welcoming, particularly Ashwant from reception. The provisions in the room complemented the well roundedness of this boutique hotel. The bed was nice and firm and the pillows snuggled to our heads that aided a sound sleep. Served breakfast rather than buffet was most welcome. There was the Spa and pool to enjoy as well. A very comfortable stay in a nice neighbourhood
