PortugalWe stayed for three nights and we only got hot water on the last day, with the manager's help. We had an early train to catch and the manager offered to get a cab for us at 4:30 am. We agreed to pay 300INR and to our surprise there were two more people (also paying 300INR) sharing the so-called cab which ended up being an auto-rickshaw.We were crossed, not because we were sharing the ride, but because we were charged the same price as if it were a cab. Had we known it was an open, very cold auto-rickshaw, we would have booked an Uber, which would have been cheaper, hotter and more comfortable.
It is near the touristic spot. We had our meals at the hotel restaurant and the staff was able to adjust to our dietary restrictions. The staff was friendly.

ItalyFirst of all, booking.com and the partner decided to change the hotel that I booked for 2 times in a day without notifying me. One of the hotels they sent me to, was for local guests only and they refused to provide me a room because I'm not from India! The last place they asked us to go, had a room in awful condition and no maintenance, and there was even a mouse! in the room!!!!!!!! They even didn't try to catch the mouse and they just made it run out of the room, God knows where in that place it went. After all of this inconvenience, problem, and incompetency of booking.com and fabhotel for only a one-night reservation, they asked us to not put a review explaining the experience!!!

United KingdomNo hot water in the evening, I had to tell the staff multiple times to turn the geyser on and they said they did but they didn't. Flush wasn't working in the first room they put us in. Staff not a care in the world then was asking us to give him a 5 star review. Got a better chance of shagging the pope.
