Everything was great as always…got stuck in traffic on my way to the airport and the driver Mr. Sunil called up Mr. Pankaj who took me directly through the security check, got my boarding passes and checked me in…great help and amazing service by the staff, must say.

I needed my signature witnessed but the hotel would not allow staff to do this - there was NO LIABILITY. Staff would just witness that I signed the doc in front of them.

Upgraded to suite! Very friendly staff. Printed document for me.

Cons: Light switches are somewhat confusing, shower door did not seal well and water seeped out from the bottom, towels are very large and awkwardly heavy, was unable to work the TV (no local channels or access to streaming video services) and the bed's footrest blocked the bottom view of the TV.

Pros: Location, safety, attentive staff, restaurant options, very spacious room with private plunge pool, his-and-hers bathroom, air purifiers, very comfortable bed/pillows.

Best hotel I stayed at during a two week trip in India! I booked this last minute as the initial booking I had was a fake listing! The team at Lodhi were fantastic and welcoming, they even got me a cake for my birthday. The rooms and the hotel are great! Indian Accent was also very nice.

I had a problem with my credit card and it was very difficult to contact the hotel or Booking.com to provide another credit card. I also did not like the credit card being charged before my arrival. We needed an extra child's bed for one of our rooms and the hotel was not able to provide one without us taking a larger and more expensive room ... a costly additional expense we had not anticipated. Not mentioned at the time of booking. Marble shower floor was very slippery when wet. A nonslip shower mat would be good to provide.

Very nice room and excellent restaurants on premises. Breakfast was excellent and serving staff very accomodating.

for the price I expected nicer. lifts to room were small and doors opened to cleaning cabinets which didn’t match the style of hotel. I asked for a car to be booked to leave the hotel after stay. they suggested a non-hotel car and told me car was on the way. I waited 20 minutes in the lobby and then they said that car was no longer on the way and maybe I should book an Uber or ola instead. disappointing end to the stay and makes me feel like I’m not a valued customer.

good location, and room and facilities were lovely. a la crate breakfast was very nice and included in the price.

Probably the best breakfast I had. The Upma is a must try along with the parathas. They also help in making a combo of Puri and Paratha. The Hotel Ambience and service is exceptional. Each member of the staff from the front desk, security and housekeeping were very helpful, professional. Elan is also a great place for a dinner, I would go with the recommendations of the server as well as they are knowledgable about the food and whats best for our pallette. The room balcony is really an added bonus

it is complete. if you don't want to go out into the city you can easily relax within the property. we were transiting so this was perfect.

excellent location , great ambience, good rooms & great food . we were here to celebrate karwa chauth & Mr Neeraj Kumar from fire & safety made our day by providing access to a top floor balcony where we could see the moon clearly & by ourselves . Excellent job by the guy really appreciated. Big Thanks to him .

The plunge pools are not maintained properly,got skin rashes after taking bath,food menu have been designed for foreign peoples,indian foods are rare...

The hotel was good,near to india gate...plunge pool was also good and the rooms are huge with high end amenities.
