Not a Space between Beds, very congested rooms, and No common space! No Ventilation! I won't suggest this property any one.

Well since they are taking higher price for a dorm they could at least maintain some cleanliness around. The dorms were not cleaned . The common room had really bad and uncleaned linen all over .Pets (hostels) are allowed there which is great but you need to maintain the hygeine then .Hire cleaners who would clean the space at every hour or so,otherwise try to put some barriers so that it remains clean. The linen used in the room were also quite smelly . The bathroom wasn't working and we had to use another small bathroom which is without geyser . Secondly their competitors in the market area providing better rooms in lesser price and that too with air conditioning.Like I stayed later with Molly's and it was way way way better than This one .!! The price difference is huge here and not worth it at all .

I liked the fact that it was near to the main market and the beach.And also there were some interesting games sessions in the evening .Which made the evening more interesting.

1. Frequent Power Outages: Most of the time, there was no electricity, which meant I could not even use the air conditioning I paid for. For a room advertised with AC, this is completely unacceptable. 2. Water Unavailability: There was no running water for basic needs such as washing hands. The only functional water source was for the toilet flush. This lack of water for hygiene purposes is shocking. 3. Poor Hygiene Standards: The bedsheets were visibly stained and seemed as though they had never been changed. When I requested a blanket/comforter for the AC room, it was not provided. The room was far from clean, and no basic hygiene or cleanliness measures were in place. 4. No Hot Water: Despite advertising, there was no geyser available for hot water. This further added to the discomfort.

There is no specific facilities just it was in a cliff, but it full of watery location full of mud and dirt, if Ure going alone prefer this and if u have budget that much they charged tax there extra and if u cancel also u needs to pay tax there

It was one of the best hostels I've been to. It had a great vibe and Nishanth has been a great host and he took all of us around and also hung out with us the entire day. It's a great place to watch sunsets because it is literally on the beach and there was a cute dog to hang out with even if there are no people around. I'd 10/10 suggest this hostel for backpackers or basically anyone who like to socialize.

The location is great, right at the cliff. The hostel has a big social area where people chill, play games, etc. I met loads of great people at the hostel and also the personal was very friendly and would take us on activities.

The dormitory was not good. No room service or cleaning staff came. Service and room was not good as per the price. Deluxe rooms don't justify the price.

The Bad - party. They have private rooms and I opted for it as it was on the second floor away from dorms. Unfortunately till 11:30 in the night I could hear the party scene and this is not why I come to Varkala or Kerala for. Also, there were people hanging out on the second floor lobby till 1 AM talking and chatting - so yes this is a party zone. If you opt for the private rooms, remember they are on second floor and if you have luggage, you will be going up very narrow and steep staircase on your own . I think the room was overpriced as no toiletries provided and the noise level was high but yes .

The good - if you are a bunch of northies looking to party on Hindi songs and need something walking distance from the ‘happening’ bars of Varkala - stay here. The staff is super friendly and ready to help. Private room was clean and spacious .

A relaxed place to stay for solo travellers. Plenty of opportunities to socialise and make friends. Don’t forget to meet Nishant and Pintu. Top men who take care of their guests.

Super chill environment, staff was helpful and the other guests super nice. The common area in the entrance of the hostel is great as it facilitates interactions, I'd recommend it to solo travelers as well as groups 👌🏽

Rooms are not that good, the washroom is totally outside of the property. Last but not the least the check in time is 2pm it should be at least 11am or 12pm

The price was way too much for the place compared to other offerings, we booked it as we thought it would be quite a social hostel but in the end we feel it was not so social (ofc this is subjective and depend on the guests etc.)

The private room, was very nice, the dorm very basic, not much comfort, but its still worth staying there!

It's just the best hostel to stay at in Varkala! I stayed there many days. It is maybe not the highest standart, but you have a nice common area, you meet a lot of cool people from all over the world. They have some activities to bring you together. We had a great movie night, Jam sessions with the guitar and celebration of Holi, that was a lot of fun. The staff is great and very helpful! Its right in the centre of Varkala.

The size of the dorm was tiny for six people, no good ventilation, just one fan which was not doing its job as the property was next to beach so a lot humid, could not sleep properly in such hot. Also, there was a single bathroom among two dorms which accommodated 12 people. Also cleaning the bathroom was not timely.

The property is located on the cliff beach, all shops were at walking distance, nearby cafes to explore. Also, the beach was easily accessible. A common kitchen where you can cook.
