I stayed here before and rated it a one but I wanted to go back and see if they had taken on my feedback and must say it have improved. From checking to friendliness it was 100% better

No windows to room. in some ways though this was a benefit, as it blocked the sound from outside.

Elevator. A bit of a rarity in budget hotels in India. Location. Very close to bazaar, and train/metro station. Breakfast. Plentiful, and served in room. Transport. Used shuttle arrange by hotel, from airport, on first night. How water. Not all hotels had this.

in the room there was no hot water and the sink was not working. after just washing the feets the whole bath room was under water also the air condition was not working at the beginning, but therefore they could repair it the issue inside the bath room could not be fixed within 3 nights

Staff were really helpful letting us in at 5am after an early flight. Room was big, clean and reasonably comfortable. Breakfast was basic but nice.

Wash rooms could be better maintained. tea/ cofee availability could be ensured from 0600 hrs.

The staff are are empathetic and respectful, as we had to spend a night near to Railway station since we were to board early morning train, serves the purpose very well, the location is not very great though

No bath or shower, only buckets to use but managable in 35*C temperature. Rooms not cleaned for ages but are hygienic, with no bugs, which was the most important.

OK staff, safe and comfortable place to sleep, nice temple/shrine next door with spiritual sounds and prayers. They checked me in 6am in the morning, which was a life-saver.

The noise from the temple next door on the first night. Thankfully not on the second night.

The size of the room was good. Airconditioning and a fan was nice. The location is a nice little corner off the Main Bazaar Rd, not quite so crazy.

Of course, there are also negative things. I'm completely honest about that too. The room was a normal size. Not too big and not too small. The problem was that the side walls had a lot of water damage. You can't fix that by painting, either. This will come out again after a certain amount of time. And therefore mold can also form. You would have to find out where the water damage is in the walls to fix it. That would make the whole thing much better. WARNING BE AWARE -As u arrive at the airport and exit the door there is a counter for prepaid taxi. USE THEM. U pay for the taxi up front and they will drive u to your place ***THERE IS A SCAM GOING ON*** (This message has to do with the Airport and not the Hotel. +At the AIRPORT exit door a guy will approach you and ask u if u need a taxi. DO NOT go with him. In the taxi they will tell you that the entire of Delhi is closed because of a farmer's strike your hotel is also closed. They will ask you for the number of YOUR hotel. They will type the number and supposedly call the hotel. This someone will then tell you on the phone that he emailed you that your booking was canceled by the hotel. Caution this is not your hotel. They will suggest you to drive u to a tourist information center (an office). In this tourist information center they will tell you exactly the same thing. They will recommend you another hotel. A much more expensive one. Because just few expensive Hotels are open due to the farmer strike. They will recommend u to leave Delhi to another city 4 hours away. They will tell u to take a taxi immediately to the next city for around 200 Dollar. Just to SCAM u. Probably they are getting paid by some Hotels to bring u there. Same with the taxi. Therefore, never use a taxi from someone who has spoken to you right outside the exit door. Go straight out of the exit, a few meters, and you will see a small counter. You can order a taxi there. Don't let anyone talk around you. They want to SCAM you.

I'm giving an honest review here!!! --The hotel is right on the market. A few minutes walk from it. It's on a side street, so it's not too noisy. It's quiet at night so you can sleep. But it can be very loud as there is a small temple right next to it. Especially on the weekend. --The guys at reception were very friendly and helpful. I was able to change money there, and they also got me a SIM card for my phone. I am very grateful to you for that. I would even give them ten stars. --You have a menu in your room, and you can order food there. The food is really great and inexpensive. You can order it by calling reception, and they will bring it to your room. I also give ten stars for that. --Thanks to the team. They exceeded my expectations. Still, it doesn't change the condition of the room I was in.
