The wifi in the rooms didn’t work. The AC also stopped working. The building/floors is not as clean as it appears in the photos. It’s in a very crowded market/noisy area, right above a temple where they were singing all night. I asked for a teakettle like in the photos but they did not provide it, everything is an extra cost. No safety deposit box.

The sheets were very clean. The locks are secure to the rooms. The staff was accommodating to let me use the wifi downstairs and print a document.

We arrived from Spain and from what I had read on booking.com and seen on their photos it was all disappointing. The cleanliness was not up to speed at all - and notice the corridors are open out to the street, at least on the 3rd floor where we were. The breakfast was nothing impressive and again the cleanliness was not what we expected after the reviews I had read on booking. I also tried to get help from the staff with booking trains with pieces of information I had from a friend who is from India, but they were not very helpful. Maybe this is a fine hotel for Indians, but it cannot be recommended to westerners.

For at European or anyone from a western country, this hotel cannot be recommended. It's an average Indian hotel, but their standards are a bit different than what most western people expect. Stick to a minimum of 3 stars, and still expect a lower standard than in western countries, especially when it comes to cleanliness an especially in the bathroom.

Cannot easily find the Hotel. Need to walk 200mtrs into narrow road. When we walk feels unsafe. Rooms are not the way shown in pictures. Bedsheets are old, Towels provided are also old. Only 1 towel provided.No complimentary water bottles. Feels unsafe. We checked in late evening and checked out early morning at 7am.

Location is within a km of New Delhi railway station.

Don't even think about considering it. The location is horrible until or unless you are a hippie looking for dirty adventure. TIP: If you are a foreigner, then remember that most of service providers in India are scammers. Also, don't be surprised if the hotels in India don't meet your expectations.

The hotel has all the basic facilities which make my stay so easy. It is very near to Metro and Train Station. The staffs were very polite and hotel and the room was clean 😊

Wish the location was better, it may seem like a good location considering the short distance from the railway station however the road leading to the hotel is very busy and the surrounding location is not very ambient.

Very affordable, good facility, staff and services were very good, got a taxi from the hotel at a reasonable rate directly to the airport
