When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

Very nice place to stay, everything is nearby grocery stores, restaurant's etc. Rooms are very comfortable. Value for money, most comfortable thing is that the staff is very friendly.

we didn’t get the room we booked for three persons. instead it was a small, very dirty room with a hard mattress on the floor without a duvet. other reviews says it is well hygiened, but this is faaaar from true. The a/c smelled like exhaust. Don’t get me started with the bathroom… Find somewhere else to stay! we booked for five nights, and the only positive thing I can say, is that the manager payed the four last nights back so we could upgrade to a (completely) different hotel. also the staff spoke very little English so communicating with them was difficult. We did not try the breakfast.

They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 10am. We got to hotel super early and I didn’t wait. So this was a big plus. The service was exceptional as well. Would definitely send a friend there.

The service at the hotel was amazing. The rooms are clean and neat. With family it was safe to stay. The hotel staff is very warm. Do visit if travelling to Delhi. Salim at the reception was very helpful

I found dirty bedsheets when I checked in so I had to ask to change them and honestly I found more clean rooms for almost half of the price in the same area of Paharganj. The staff could be more friendly. We decided to stay one more day so we payed one day extra but we were allowed to stay only half day more (not the night) as they said they had some booking already. Ackward situation
