Very comfortable bed/room and relaxing calm atmosphere. The staff are very friendly and extremely accommodating to needs upon request. There is a good selection of delicious fresh food available on site and some common areas for reading/relaxing. The hotel is a short walk uphill from the main river area in a quieter location. There are plenty of restaurants/cafes etc. very close by catering to tourists. We ended up staying here for 10 nights. During our stay we became ill requiring medical attention. The staff were amazing - organising assistance, checking in on us, making sure we had everything we needed, which was much appreciated. They really went above and beyond! Staff also provided assistance with transport and sightseeing. We hope we can visit again some day.

At night time the room was smelling a little bit (tabaco) I guess some other people where smoking, but it’s not the Hotel fault, they can’t control everything that happened inside the room.

We really like everything. The staff they are great, so friendly. When we arrived they explain everything and all the possibilities that we have around there. I loved the common area with books and also they have music so you feel sooo relaxing. Also they have on the rooftop an amazing area to do some yoga, and you can used it what ever you want. If you want to relax yourself that is the place.

Common areas were very clean, room (bathroom and bedsheets) could have been a bit cleaner.

Lovely hotel situated in a good, quiet area. But but what really is to mention is the staff, which was outstanding! Hemant and Mayur made my stay unique, they helped me with every single question, gave me perfect recommendations, were there all the time and even took me with them for some activities in Rishīkesh. Thank you!!

The Moksham was the best place I have stayed in India so far! Booked a private room which came with a beautiful balcony, super comfy matress, daily room cleaning if wanted, fresh towels and a hot shower that actually worked. Still cannot believe how much I got for the small budget I had. Common areas are super nice and on the top floor, there’s a yoga hall which I could use anytime. Location is perfect, close to yoga studios and quiet at night. The staff is absolutely amazing - super friendly, helpful and supporting in any way they can. Never felt such hospitality in a hotel or hostel in India! They even dropped me to the mainroad when I left, free of charge. Will for sure return soon.

Just some small ordinary maintenance, routine in such a large place, is not something I didn't appreciate, it's normal.

Exceptional staff, beautiful atmosphere, very comfortable rooms and bed. Each floor has its own common area where there is also a beautiful library. Located in a quiet area of Tapovan away from traffic. After the Crowder experience in the other parts of India came here it was a real Moksha.

We had cockroaches in our bathroom. We informed them and they changed us from room. Apparently is something common in Rishikesh, but the hotel was very helpful and changed our room. After that, no more cockroaches. 🙏🏼

The room was very clean and nicely decorated. The staff was simply the best! We felt supported all the way, to get food, scooters, places to visit, etc. but the best was the friendliness of the staff! The room was also very clean and nicely decorated. It felt fresh inside. Totally recommend this place! Such good value for money in a good location in Rishikesh!

I had a great stay in hotel the moskham. To the basics: the room, common areas and washroom was very clean and most important the AC was working well during these hot days. The wifi was also very good. All in all it's a cool mix of a comfortable hotel and a hostel because Hemant and the other staff spreading good vibes to all guests. They helped me at every point of my stay... From organising activities to booking the bus.

Excellent hotel. Neet and clean room. Home cooked fresh meal. Lovey interior. They have a beautiful small library and yoha hall for yoga guys. Coman area on each floor is fool of positive vibes. A peaceful location, everything are all around. Must visit palace.

The balcony door lock was broken. we were moved to another room after we complained. sadly, the second room had ripped window net , making it easy to put the hand inside and open the door from inside. I hope the hotel fixes this issue. please note:The location is very steep hill - for an old person (like my mum) this might be an issue.

the rooms are as shown in the photo. the staff and the owner is so kind and helpful. the food is amazing - like from your mother’s kitchen. the ambience is very nice overall. they helped us in organising birthday celebrations as well and were very accomodating.

Great hostel! Clean, with plenty of common area space, an amazing yogshala at the top, the location is really good, very relaxing. There was always fresh drinkable water available. Wi-fii worked well. It was safe and very had a relaxed vibe. Great value for money and a great option for Rishikesh.
