Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

the rooftop bar is magnificent, the staff are so attentive and helpful. we couldn’t get enough of the food and beer on the rooftop it was so good! the owner even drove us to the train station when we were rushing for time! amazing!

amazingly friendly and welcome staff, lovely rooftop bar in a central location. rooms are clean and all beddings tidy. plenty social areas outside, inside and on the roof. all guests where great, awesome dance parties on the roof made it easy to mingle or the games in the lobby in the AM. social areas are spaced out so you can’t here any noise from your rooms which is great if you want an early one.

My stay in Moustache was very well organised and Aakash,the host, finished the check-in process very well and also gave a early check-in. The hostel has all the necessary facilities and is a go to place in Jaipur. Highly recommend.

Breakfast is good but its little bit expensive.
Everything is so good in this hostel. Very much satisfied. At this affordable rates, noone can serve quality staying. Even hostel cafeteria and reception area are so good. Vibrant atmosphere. Everyone is so friendly. Solo traveler should visit this hostel without any hesitation.

If you are coming in the winter, note that they use solar to heat up the water so expect cold showers at night if you come in late. Other than that, no issues.
The double room was very comfortable and clean. A lot of activities organised by the hostel allowing you to meet with other travellers. Barat was exceptionally helpful and a good with recommendations. Overall vibe of the hostel is friendly and has the amenities that you need for the private room. Breakfast was good, it comes with a private room and to add on for dorm. They make eggs to order.

Unfortunately the water in the shower was really cold. We traveled in the start of January and it was pretty cold outside so we hoped for a warm shower but were disappointed. Next time we would not book the breakfast again, even though everyone was trying to be helpful my
The staff was really nice and helpful. There was helpful tourist information everywhere and they were always happy to help. The rooftop was perfect, such a nice sunset few from there. We booked two double rooms and those were really chic designs.
