One of the staff members directly said that they need to check if the guests have taken anything from the room in front of other guests. They also charged us 3k for a small coffee stain on the bedsheet

Down in the Lobby, there are very few seats, where people can wait for someone. further on the Breakfast choices are not very inviting, and all days the offer was the same. During my stay the coffe machine for making Cappuccino was broken. I staid there nearly one week. There is no shoe-shiner supplied in the rooms or at the corridors, so I asked for one and had to ask a second time to receive one. The Pool area is very nice during the night, but during daytime even if I wanted to have a swim, I could not, due to the strange setup of the pool. It seems to be more an ornamental pool than a Swimming Pool.

Not so much didn’t like , but breakfast could have had more options , as we have stayed in many hotels in Indian with much more options, but still it had all you need.

The roof top restaurant’s, bar, and pool was a real treat. Good large bedrooms and the bathroom had all you need with a separate jacuzzi bath and a very power full shower. Staff could not have been more helpful. Clean inviting good priced hotel .

Claims to be a five star but it does not feel like it. The service is standard ( no extras etc ) and the pool is small and surrounded by people having snacks and drinks ( depends why you use a pool to relax or to actually swim etc ) Do not allow outside food and drinks into the room or visitors after 7pm. Uber drivers will find the entrance hard to find . If you don’t have luggage wait out in the German bakery lane for your ride.

The location is great. In the heart of KP next to lots of great cafes and restaurants and multiple areas within walking distance including Bund Garden Metro stop and for longer walks malls like The KOPA ( about 30 mins for a brisk walker ) For me this was a pre Pune airport flight stop to rest and shower ( the shower is great !) and for the price and location it does the job.

Rules of hotel to not bring in outside food. Phone in room not working And poor planning, to assign a connecting room to a solo female traveller, although they changed it after insisting but it reflected poorly on the hotel mgmt.

Smell is bad, the room I was given had a heavy musty humid smell they changed the room and it was good. However outside in the common areas heavy musty humid smell. The staff except for mangers not very friendly, specially front desk, not welcoming at all I think that they are not used to catering to tourist in this hotel and are not welcoming at all. They also do not allow charges from restaurants to the room they expect cod not very convenient

The food was below par and was unreasonably expensive for the quality. The rooftop restaurant has a massive mosquito menace. The staff were helpless in providing a solution. Not all the lights in the room seemed to be working. The check-in could have been smoother. After we checked in and got to the room, we received a call from the reception saying the payment is required to be made in advance. To the credit of the staff though, the staff did not push when I said I will pay the next time I step down.

The rooms are comfortably large. The location is excellent. The staff is friendly, welcoming and helpful.

For every in room dining order you have to pay immediately. It’s as if the hotel does not trust the guests to pay at check out. I found this practice to be strange.

2nd room was fine, 1st was not. Just 2 single beds pushed together. No plug points near the bed at all. Had to request extension lead.

Much space in the room is consumed by the bathtub, which may not be used by many visitors. The bathroom and toilet should have a lock. Only one soap was provided. Soap dishes be provided in the toilet . The wardrobes in the room should have more shelves to keep clothes.. The passageway on the floor was very dully lit.

The central AC kept cooling the room even when the blower was turned off. The technician confirmed on this issue and said he would fix it from outside. He later came and said he had fixed it, but we felt the room was cold throughout the night. We arrived just before midnight and were traveling with an infant. We ordered food from the in-room dining app and they sent only 1 dinner plate whereas the cutlery was meant for 2 guests. If the property claims to be a 5 star, I expect some coordination with the front desk to check the number of occupants in the room and send proper count of crockery.

Terrible billing policy. Absolutely no flexibility. Pretty much a take it or leave it attitude. Which is a pity, given the location etc. But this is why the taj hotels or the ITC etc work. Customer is king here. At the O billing seems to be king
