We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

IndiaFor the first time in my 20 years of association with this hotel, first time I was asked to pay the room rent before checking in, even though I had told the reception lady, about my profile, & one Sr. Staff was also present exchanging pleasentaries , yet the lady was insisting on advance payment. I have been travelling to many international & domestic destinations & staying with Holiday Inn, Ramada etc. no properties has shown such an indecent attitude & approach. It's a humiliation & question of my integrity which obviously allows me to rethink of booking peerless hotel, kolkata. This is not a professional approach

Australiathe resteraunt in the evening needs to help the staff understand that patrons want a waiter to take an order and bring it in a reasonable time. Hanging about the table and shuffling around but taking and hour to bring a bowl of noodles is sort of ridiculous.

They gave me a room in the Annexe, which I didn't like as I preferred the old building which had some charm. But they moved me into the old wing which I greatly appreciated as it also had a large window with a view!

IndiaWhile the staff are great, the manager instructed the front of desk to ask customers put a 5 star rating in Google and take a screenshot of their rating!! Asking your customers to give good rating is okay, but taking a screenshot of their mobile phone as an evidence of a good review is weird.
The staff were great. And the morning breakfast was good (if you go for the Indian food).
