We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe welcome drink had a bug (which happens, this is India). Rather than apologising, a staff member insisted it was a seed, brought another drink (I suspect it was the same glass I sent out), which also had a bug. He again insisted it was not a bug, although it had wings and swam. This put me off even before checking in. However, all the other staff were very nice and polite, especially at the restaurant and bar. Room could have been better cleaned. Mirrors were stained.
The location was great, the bed and showers were comfortable.

AustraliaThe cleanliness. The room cleanliness could be better. The room I was in , had dirty mirrors. Everything else was perfect as it can be cleaned for public usage.
The room was well sized for the price. I didn't have breakfast there but the location was excellent and very reachable with economical cost. I would pay for the location of the place - for the mobility throughout the city from this location.

BangladeshRoom entrance in new building is very narrow, congested and the door spring was very tight to open. It’s nearly impossible to by one person to open the door, put the card in the switch panel and pull the baggage inside at a time.

Indiathe 9th floor room and the annex second floor room. breakfast space is small compared to the number of people.
the 9th floor rooms are not at all good, also the room that i was put up in first in the annex building had windows that were all filmed up so felt very boxed in.. thank fully they changed my room (twice) for which i am truely grateful. the first two rooms were certainly not worth the price but the one i settled in was good.

Staffs were very helpful and they helped us in every way. Breakfast was full of variations and the place was so nice. The location was very good. Check-in was so quick. The view from the room was excellent. Breakfast was excellent. I requested baggage storage for the next two days and they managed. The hotel lobby was so spacious.

FinlandFor this price the cleaning could be better, special in the new building where we stayed the first night. Very high humidity in the room in the main building (8th floor) and AC not working well, and the bed sheets was not dry but humid.
The breakfast was very good, and the staff was helpful, special the room service staff. Super view from the room in the main building. Nice bar in with live music. Short way to the metro and New Marked-area. Easy to get a taxi or uber.
