Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Bathroom was not at all clean and very stinky because there's was a gutter beneath the sink. And smell was spreading in the room. Very basic thing like medical kit was not available at the reception and staff was not promp and active . No tissues or hand towel in the room.

Receptionist was very rude. They had called to confirm the check in time and by the time I reached there they denied my booking and refused to give me a room, after 10 mins they called again and told me that I can have the room in 30 mins. It was too much of a hassle which isn't encouraged by anyone. Checkout time shown to me while booking was 11:30 am but they kept bugging me to vacate the room by 11 am. Not at all a good experience.

It is too much inside the residential colony. The building is in very bad condition. Wall paint is peeling off. The manager is hopeless with no sense to talk to the customers. Hot water is not available in the bathroom. Lighting in corridors is very dim. Main gates are closed at 11PM and its difficult to enter after that. Not worth for even Rs.1000 per night. Please do not stay here.

It is old, the approach is not good, electrical board came off when I plugged out my charger, bed were uncomfortable, all in all very poor experience

DISGUSTING EXPERIENCE! 1. The hotel rooms smell inexplicably rotten & mouldy. It was so bad that I ended up vomiting within the first hour of my stay. 2. There were hair strands all over the bed. 3. The washroom sink was filthy, to say the least. 4. The staff team was extremely incompetent. There was a dearth of sincerity and concern towards managing the guests. Even a simple request like a bottle of water was not a task that the management could execute. 5. The food I ordered was bland, cold & stale. 6. Finding the entrance to the hotel is a task in itself. It is tough to remember the back alley routes & dead ends just to reach the place. The hotel stay was a nightmare.

Location is awful, you cannot find the place easily. They have no restaurant and the food has to be ordered through a delivery kitchen. Basic things like ice, fridge, etc - nothing was available. The mattress was practically sunk in. The bathroom door had no handle and all holes were visible. The shower knob did not work, so you had to keep the knob pulled whilst showering to keep the shower flowing.
