Can put more accessories in the bathroom but not a big deal at all. It was still very decent.

Awesome place walking distance from haddo jetty which is pick and drop for cruises. The seaview room has the most amazing view of the ocean and a big balcony to enjoy it from. Rooms are clean and spacious as well. Had a great time. Try to get the sea view room though.

The perfect Port Blair stay

A super place, with a lovely spacious clean room with wonderful bay views. Breakfast and further food options catered to all tastes and were freshly prepared - all were delicious. Aman and his team offered a fantastic and attentive service booking ferries and providing other recommendations. Overall a fantastic stay that we would recommend to all visitors to Port Blair.

Only the front rooms have sea view. Other rooms do not have a proper balcony/verandah even.

The hotel does not have a lift. Quite spartan. No tea/coffee/fridge facilities. Toiletries provided were below standard/minimal. Overall a modest budget hotel at best.

Simply IT HAS NO NEGATIVES

We have booked 3 rooms for 1 night while travelling from Havelock to Port Blair to our connecting flight to Europe. Mr Abdul with his team made it perfect to relax and also Mr Abdul helped us with stressy difficulty with delay flight to Chennai. THANK YOU SO MUCH AGAIN! We had a perfect room called ,,Seaview,, very clean, there was everything what we could think of. And than in the morning, you open your eyes and you see the ocean from bed!! PERFECT! Stuff was very helpfull, polite and umderstanding. The other 2 rooms ,,dolphin,, and i dont remeber was also perfect! Its very good maintained residency, very clean, with breakfast serving just in small dining room in from of the rooms. The prices are very good and they have also dinner or lunch. They didn't inform you that the only accepted cash and no cards. Most inconvenient as needed a tuc tuc to go to cash point and many didn't have money in. Feel they should have stated this before we arrived. Said the room would have kettle, etc. Nothing in room.

Very friendly staff. Location good for ferry. Food was lovely for the cost. A good budget accomodation with no frills.

Its not properly maintained. Poor AC, bad washbasen in bathroom.

Location was nice but view is only good from one room and we didn't get that.

We had a very nice sea view room in the third floor, which I can highly recommend. It also has a large balcony, where we were having our breakfasts etc. The room was very clean. The manager, Mr. Rehaan, was extremely helpful with various queries. Thanks to him, we had a very good time.

The help from Rehaan (manager) as well as the caretaker was superb. Any request was handled promptly and they even arranged a taxi to take me around my day in Port Blair. The room is comfortable and homely, but the real star of the room is the view. You wake up and fall asleep to the tide right outside your window, and it makes for a lovely mainland stop before or after you continue to the Andamans.

This is not a real hotel. It's more like a apartment complex and you get one bedroom in a flat as your room. There is not even a lift or other basic amneties which you would get in a hotel. At the same cost you can get a proper low budget hotel. Also there is a mosque next door which has its speakers pointed towards the rooms and you will have to get up at 5 am due to the loud prayer meant for the whole area. They don't have blackout curtains and the room was brightly lit by 5.00 am and overall we couldn't sleep thereafter.

The checkout time at 8 am was early and odd. Though upon request, they agreed to extend it for us by a couple of hours, but there were periodic reminders and pressure to vacate early. Also, the day when we reached, the cook wasn't available for lunch, and we had to order from Zomato.

The sea view was amazing. The room also had a terrace, which was good.

Good location, very near to haddo jetty. We booked the super deluxe room, very much spacious, clean, good spacious balcony with wonderful view. Staffs are good, helpful. They even arranged our complimentary breakfast 5:30 am in the morning for our flight. We will definitely recommend this hotel.

There is a mosque right in front of the hotel, and the very loud call to prayer at 4:20 am wakes you from your sleep. The driveway is very steep and the hotel has lots of stairs. They were easy for me to manage but may be a challenge for other guests, so they should be mentioned in the description. The furnishings and bedding are dated but the room was clean. Carpets could stand to be washed.

The manager was exceptionally helpful and went above and beyond to assist with questions, arranging transportation, and even allowed me to leave some luggage behind when I was off to another location for a few days. The balcony view was excellent, and the breakfast was good. The proximity to the Haddo jetty was perfect. It was very easy to get cheap transportation to the markets in central Port Blair. I would absolutely recommend the Seaview Residency.
