Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Staff was pathetic, we asked to confirm if the breakfast is provided or not and they confirmed that its provided, but next day they denied breakfast saying its not included with my booking

Delay in providing basic facilities like water bottle, toothbrush etc. The management took almost 1 and half hour to give only water bottle. Room was also untidy. Pictures shown in booking.com do not match with the room which was provided.

Wash room, it was for a 4 bed room , however we were given room in one of the washroom was locked permanently and we later found out that was not usable. Ideally that room should not have been allotted to us.

Nothing as such
Right from food to cleanliness and service... everything was amazing. This hotel made our day and trip became memorable. Mr Kailash was very supportive. We reached earlier but he managed us without charging extra.

Only breakfast was good but other service was poor as they are charging .
Hotel is wrongly coted 4 star.we book 2 room but very poor service toilet flush were not working properly ,Hot water was not 24 hours provided .even water bottles were not given eventhough we called to service department.breakfast was good but less verity.

The location is not at all suitable for tourism. It is far away from the main points, no access to public transport, shops etc. And the moment you come out of the room, you get a dirty smell

We came 3 hours after the check in time and were still made to wait for an hour for getting rooms. The hotel staff mr.Pillai was rude and arrogant. Lack of hospitality. Disappointing stay experience.

The next door neighbour of this Hotel is a Fish Processing Unit. If someone wants to smell rotten fish the moment you come out of the hotel, this is an ideal location. However, the rooms are extra spacious and clean.

The breakfast spread was disappointing, with no local flavors. The items were very basic and typical, hardly any choice for live cooking, juice served in paper cups, plastic ice cream spoons for tea…better stuff is expected from renowned restaurateur like Kamat. While the overall cleanliness was okay, we had to get the toilet cleaned after we checked in.
Room size is fine. Staff were helpful and efficient.

the bold manager at the front was very rude - we called prior to travelling asking do we need anything and they said no - we travelled for 14 hours and once we got to the hotel they denied our stay as one person in the group (my mum) didn’t have ID - they said they had written this in the terms however nothing was stated - they were not reasonable and showed no compassion to us travelling ( I was with my grandma, mum and wife) and they didn’t even think to say we can accommodate you - the guy on the front desk (no hair dude) was being very rude and we asked to speak to a manager and he didn’t even let us speak to them - we found a better hotel a few mins down the road - I wouldn’t recommend this hotel as first it smells really bad around the hotel like dead fish and also the staff were rubbish - there are much better hotels before this and I would think twice before booking.
