The management was not strict about the use of the pool. Guests were jumping in with their day clothes without taking a shower first. There was not enough to do in the evening. No socials or events for people travelling on their own.

Very good, nice ambience, staff helpful and friendly. The chai trolley was a good idea but the chaiwalla was not welcoming, too stern. Room service was good as was the food.

The shower took a lot of time to flow the hot water. It got to normal temperature after few minutes.

The most beautiful property. It was our anniversary and we booked a treehouse. Our room was even decorated, thanks to Mr. Jagdish for making it special for us. The staff was very humble and helpful. Hospitality at its best. The wine tour was also good and the wine was even better.

The only thing which I didn't like about the property is the cobbled road which is not at all suitable for wheelchair mobility. Hope they make the full area accessible for wheelchairs.

The staff at Source Sula was very helpful and a special mention to Mr. Ratul Gupta for taking extra care of us. All requests were fulfilled.

Not actually a complain, the food at Little Italy restaurant can be tastier.

The Source at Sula gets about everything right. The property, the classic themed rooms, food, the wine, evening events, the pool with a Jacuzzi, the grape fields, the lights, the scenery, architecture of buildings, game room, spa everything is on point. I especially liked the bicycles kept for the guests to wander through the grape fields and the property. You will also get a complimentary wine bottle. The staff is great and helpful.

The prices of wine bottles are at MRP with some discount thrown in. Given that we are visiting the source I would have expected the cost of wine bottles to be at least 20% lower than the MRP so that customers get a real pricing benefit.

Breakfast was very tasty and the items prepared were excellent. For the price being charged though I would expect more dishes to be available - the resort can look into this.

Everything was wonderful!!

At Sula we had a great experience - definitely an amazing property, their winery tour is exceptional, cordial staff, excellent hospitality and great food - to that many little things added to the charm and made all the difference - like the cycling track (with cycles provided for all including the kids), morning tea and coffee at the vineyards, temperature controlled swimming pool and pool side musical evening.

- Room (Vintage type) had only 1 power socket. At least 2 are expected to charge more than one cell phone. Carry a multi plug adapter just in case.

I feel they should allow cancellation of rooms if you are informing them atleast 4 days in advance. This property is so sought after that on a weekend, even if someone cancels, they can get an occupant. I had booked three rooms and unfortunately the people accompanying me were unable to come and I reached out to them 4 days in advance.I would say charge some cancellation fees and give the rest of the money back, but they dont give you this option at all. I feel if they improve or make changes in the cancellation policy they will have more happy people booking a stay at this property. This is probably the reason why I rated them 8, otherwise it would have been a 10.

The property if fabulous and the stay is comfortable. The food served in each of the restaurants is amazing and we loved it. Overall we had a wonderful time.
