The staff were a little laid back (but maybe that’s a good thing).

It has a great location inside the fort with great views. It’s an ancient haveli - better than being in town. You have to hire a tuk-tuk to get there. There are good restaurants nearby. The staff did best to accommodate us and allowed us to change our room plans. It was clean.

I was really good: the hotel is in the middle of the ancient fort od Jaisalmer but just the right distance from the flowing of tourist. It's silent and quite and his rooftop is amazing. The room I had was big, clean and really charming

Beautiful and comfortable room and bed with a lovely window seat overlooking the city. Great location in the fort! Excellent food and view on the rooftop restaurant. Staff were friendly and helpful and booked us a desert tour!

The hotel rooms are really comfortable and clean and we enjoyed the small balkony a lot. The hotel is located near a lot of sightseeing activities. We can also recommend the restaurant on top of the hotel. We also booked a camel safari with the hotel and spend one night in the destert. The Tour is a bit more expensive then others but if you dont mind paying a bit more I can also recommend it.

The location inside the fort is unmatchable, the staff is very friendly and helpful, and the room is well worth the price! Beautiful interiors, great view on the city. Do try their safari, tailored for adventurers. An amazing hotel I highly recommend.
