• Pest control: Noticed small cockroaches in the room; this should be addressed promptly. • Transportation assistance: Drivers listed in the provided booklet may not be reliable. We experienced a last-minute cancellation, which, while unrelated to the hotel, reflects on the resources provided. • There was no sitting arrangement in the balcony, which was misleading as it was shown in the property photos

Everything is very well thought off. from breakfast to the cleanliness , the staff is very helpful and prompt. there is a wide variety of breakfast options . pool is supper clean . rooms very well equipped foe basic cooking with hotplates and basic utensils. a refrigerator too is available. many things to do with children like table tennis, X box , carrom , chess , football table and reading . superb proximity to the best beaches in goa. The hotel issues you a card as it is affiliated to a few restaurants to offer you a 10% discount on food. over all a superb stay

It was a bit far from the beach. Well we like to walk but in the night it is not so nice because of all dogs. It should be an improvement if a ricksa had been availabel not just taxicars.

The outdoor part ,pool was average ,only 2 pool chairs . Sofa in the room was not very comfortable to actually sit and watch a movie per say Would have preferred the washing machine indoors ,rather than having to take the laundry downstairs and bring it back up .

Good location Parking space not always available inside the property ,in that case road parking Pool is very average ,outside lawn is not as big as expected . Breakfast is again very average. Nothing memorable . Staff is easy to communicate it and can help with suggestions on food etc

The hotel was a little isolated and transport is needed to get to restaurants and beaches. There are no nearby restaurants, On the plus side taxis were cheap and could be booked at reception although this sometimes meant waiting a while.

The apartment was a good size with efficient air conditioning. Room cleanliness good although sometimes slight smell from drains in bathroom. Staff were all friendly and helpful particularly Juwela at reception and Swella who was very helpful finding lost phone Reena in the restaurant was helpful in explaining different dishes Wilson was a friendly helpful taxi driver often used by the hotel

This was a great hotel - big rooms/apartments with plenty of space. The building is maintained very well and is very clean. Lots of games available to play on the ground floor including table tennis, carrom, chess, board games etc. The hotel was very quiet and couldn’t hear anyone from our room. The pool was also very good. All reception staff are very helpful and they have a WhatsApp group to help out with any questions. It’s around 30 min walk to the beach or 5 minutes in a taxi (wouldn’t recommend walking is it’s too hot!).

It was a leisure stay for two nights for a family function located at ponda. Had my elderly mom & young daughter. Room was clean. Hot water available for bath. Kitchen well equipped with cutlery. Mr Dutta went out of the way to give extra mattresses for my mom's sleeping arrangement as she needed a heightened bed unlike using the existing sofa cum bed. Breakfast was minimal but tasty. One needs to have their own rental transport ( contacts are given by treehouse). Experienced one glitch by swiggy from navtara hotel order. I was charged for mini meal but it wasn't delivered. Calls to swiggy weren't answered. So better to go around to nearby restaurants to have meals or cook ready to eat meals in room ( refrigerator also available). AC worked good as it was really very warm. Overall good experience for short stay. Will look forward to stay again.

Extremely well maintained property, all the staff is helpful and caring.All possible aminities have been provided. It has extrenely good proximity to all the beaches in south Goa.
