Often current gets cut off 😅 but its only for like 3-5 seconds.

Staffs were really friendly. Anytime anything they were able to provide us. Place is clean and neat. Its a bit inside village so purchase your things earlier before coming back. They have rooftop space with amazing view of the mountains

Just like any other famous tourist destination in India, you need to pay through your neck for quality. The room costs are comparable to Europe.

The location of the hotel is a bit remote, not much available outside the hotel.

We were given a first-floor room next to the elevator, so there was less privacy. When we opened our room door, there were always people waiting at the lift who would peer in. There was also a bonfire right outside the windows, and music was playing, but it stopped when we returned to the room after dinner.

The room was stylish, clean, and spacious, and the temperature was well-regulated. It was a very comfortable stay, and we enjoyed our breakfast and dinner there.

location is too far from pehelgam

The hotel room is quite big and good. All the facilities are properly maintained.

Biggest challenge is the location - please be careful. It is not located in Pehelgam - but about 13kms away in a different area. Apparently that area is good for rafting, but for us it was a pain to go there from Pehelgam and back. And the roads are very narrow and not convenient. There were also challenges with hot water - hot water was very minimal - which was a problem considering we went in December.

Overall the hotel was good. The staff was nice and helpful, and gave us an upgrade as well. Room was big and spacious, and had all the facilities. The dinner area was also good. If you are okay with a remote location, then it is a good property.

Pricing of the food was a bit on the higher side.

Staff very courteous, kind and accommodating. Rooms spacious and very modern. Good shower pressure. Good central heating available. Restaurant had a good range of meals available with room service.

A very good location,though at a distance of 11 km from main Pahalgam, offers good facilities It is located on Zirpara Pahalgam road in Dehwatoo, On booking.com it was showing in Pahalgam but it is at a distance of 11 Km from Pahalgam, but worth the stay .

Food options are limited and buffet has limited items as well. Not much open space in hotel and no options for the kid to play around. You just have to be inside the room if you are in the hotel. And prices are not worth the service and value you get from the hotel.

Amazing and warm hearted hospitality, truly their best part and best in class. Very happy to meet their people and loved their sensitivity towards customer.

Approach road 1 km to hotel is not good. Hotel is almost 20 mins drive from Pahalgam town. Hotel has no other recreation facilities, very small garden.

New hotel well furnished. Rooms are spacious. Current view of mountain from 3rd floor will soon not be available due to hotel being constructed next door.
