The provided contract number of the property did not respond to the phone calls for any enquires after booking the room and The room could have been a bit larger.

The location of the property is great. The entire building and the rooms were clean. Walkable distance to T Nagar bus stand and accessible to most shopping places in T Nagar by walk. The place has been quiet to stay with not many motor vehicles passing by.

The Whiteglow Elite Serviced Apartment in T Nagar is a wonderful place to stay! The rooms are very large and clean, making it very comfortable. The staff is nice and helpful, giving good vibes all around. The ambience is vibrant, perfect for a family trip. I loved the multi-language support too! Overall, it was an amazing experience. I highly recommend this place! Shopping place are nearby with good breakfast

The staffs are all very young untrained boys. While I booked family room for three, the place is apartment with two rooms where the other room was occupied by someone else. A weird setting to be bringing your family if the other room is occupied like in my case.

We have requested for upgrade of room from 2 to 3 as per rate card 300 + 12% GST, Owner and employees forcing us to take full appartment which is not needed to me. Room shown to us had cockroach, New room given we have seen flies in the room after checking we thrown out. 3rd floor all their employees stay in open terrace we can hear lot of speaking noise in the night disturbing.

Apartment staff didnt prepare the basic things like toiletries, bedsheet, towels etc... Once check in we requested for toilet tissue and some toiletries where normally all apartment prepared like toiet tissues..shampoo...soaps... There is no comforter in one of the bed (single bed). The kitchen is empty, no coffee or coffee mug. We requested for coffee mug but we didnt get it till we check out. The mattress is not in good condition...not firm.

The location is very near to prime areas.

We Booked a 2 room apartment for 2 nights. The hall had only 2 chairs; no dining table (not sure how they expected us to eat breakfast; no coffee/tea with breakfast). The kitchen does not even have a kettle! Why bother with an apartment with no facilities? The TV in my room couldn't be connected; plug doesn't match socket. Got a shoulder shrug when we raised the matter. Beds with no blanket and only one towel for each room. At least they gave when asked. The room wasn't cleaned well.

Located in the centre of T nagar . The rooms are clean . The total ambience of the building itself is very good and pleasant all over the place . They have a lot of parking space as well. I had an issue with my AC not working and they had staff inhouse to address and sort the issue immediately Best for people who are looking to stay around T nagar Best for family. Stayed in Whiteglow elite for five days. It was a wonderful experience. The staff was attentive towards everything, be it the different breakfast menus, getting us extra utensils to have our dinner, housekeeping to name a few.The location is perfect as in 5-10 mins there are several restaurants and shops available. Rooms are kept squeaky clean at all times. Exceptional service and will recommend for all family visits.
