I have been in Calicut many times since 2007; stayed in different hotels but Tiara is the best one amongst. Very good ambience, rooms are spacious, neet and tidy. Ideal location, easy access to the main streams. The adjacent mall is an added advantage for shopping. The front office staffs are well mannered, friendly attitude. Overall excellent experience, 9 out of 10.

Many facilities still needs to be figured. Like steam iron , no usb ports , sockets in the room . Bed can be better . This place qualifies for a decent 4star in my opinion. And OMG the lifts are SLOWWW! International cards were not accepted so it was a pain !

Our stay at Tiara was very pleasant and memorable the staff are very courteous and proffesional, They serve the guests with utmost warmth and care, The breakfast buffett, rooms and overall ambience was great. Overall a good experience at TIARA.

Booked a deluxe room for 2 nights but got a normal room. Compared to other hotels in Calicut, I didn’t find it as a deluxe room. The Air condition wasn’t working. Mentioned that they have room service but no room service is available. When we rang for room service to the restaurant, the restaurant manager was adamant and bossy. Even though the room service is mentioned, the restaurant manager expect to go down to the restaurant and have food. He also said that for Dosa I will have to pay Rs 500 which we were ready to pay still he want us to come down and have the food. After seeing the reviews on the social media, we took this property but as a common man we didn’t have any facilities which we got from other hotels. Maybe film stars would have got superb facilities which they are posting on instagram reels.

Unfortunately, my experience was not entirely satisfactory. The initial room assigned was considerably smaller and less appealing than its depiction in the photographs, which prompted me to upgrade to a premium room at a significant additional expense. Regrettably, the premium room also did not meet expectations. Upon arrival, I found leftover waste on the table, which I reported to the front desk. Despite several follow-up calls, only a captain was sent to inspect the room, and cleaning staff did not arrive until I visited the reception in person. Furthermore, the room's telephone received numerous mistaken calls from other guests, even late at night, as it seemed they believed it was the reception's number. This was both disruptive and inconvenient. Additionally, I feel the tariff is rather high in comparison to the facilities and services provided. Several other hotels in Calicut offer superior amenities at a more reasonable rate. I hope this feedback will be taken constructively to enhance the experiences of future guests. Very much surprised to experience such basic things from a highly paid star hotel

Only one day stay there n this property.. A C was not cooling properly and complained two times and decided to manage one night after the bad service .No iron box and stand available and they provide upon request only ..overall can say it's OK.
