We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The spa in the hotel was very disappointing
The restaurant downstairs (number 1 in the area) was perfect for breakfast lunch and dinner. The location was also good for backwaters boat tours

Nothing....all round good hotel with great friendly staff
The receptionist was so helpful and I can't praise the staff enough, all of them were great. Nice clean room in a good location for me.

Breakfast is limited but good for an overnight stay. The bathroom has a strange setup. There should be a screen between shower and toilet. Cleanliness of the bathroom can be better. Staff of the restaurant are looking very serious, like they are not allowed to smile.
Location was good. Some parts of the hotel/room looks good and others old.

There are no windows in bathroom. Around bed on floor there's wood which is dangerous and steps in bathroom.
Room size was very good and the passage going to room was beautiful

Rooms were amazing, service was good. Buffet breakfast was also amazing. The staff was accommodative and helpful towards our requirements. The parking can be an issue given the space constraints, and the shared parking for the Bistro restaurant as well, but the security helped us with parking related issues, which was amazing.

The rooms was big, we got our room upgraded for free. We requested to change our room because it was close to the drive way which was noisy. The staff was kind enough and ensure we had a good stay. The breakfast was good, buffet style. The breakfast venue is also a restaurant in the afternoon and dinner which serve the local as well. Food and atmosphere was really good and reasonable price. Will definitely stay here again and recommend friends over if they do plan visit.

The location of the hotel was great. They had a very nice spa in the hotel. Totally worth it. And the restaurant below the hotel was the best I've had. The rooms were very spacious and clean. We had to check out very early in the morning before the breakfast buffet begin, but the staffs packed some fruits and juice and kept it for us to bring along our journey. Nice

The property is very conveniently located, in the heart of Alleppey. All restaurants and main attractions are nearby. Room was clean and comfortable. Big shout out to the staff who was incredibly nice and helpful.

Constant sales pitch of the Spa. I was contacted three times. This clearly is a money spinner for hotel. The cost of Spa way in excess of my daily spending in India. Room wasn't cleaned because I hasn't handed Room key in. However I wasn't informed in order for Room Ti be cleaned, Room key had to be handed in. Communication problem on desk.
