Great ambience, value foe money. Clean Room and have lift facility. One thing I want to point out for this hotel that this hotel has a restaurent but its too crowdy. Out side people came and grab the tables so travellers who have bookings in that hotel got no table to seat and enjoy dinner or lunch.

Location, Ambience and Rooms. We got upgraded room at free of cost. Little language problems are there.

There has been a disconnect between booking.com and hotel. I had requested for two single bed and I got a message from Booking.com that the request is granted with no additional charges. When I checked in the hotel demanded additional monies. The hotel was not willing to talk to booking.com, even after I showing them the email from booking.com. The staff made a big issue for me not paying for it. The toilet flush was also not working in the morning

The room is full of lizards. The place is super crowded. Despite pre ordering my food, they gave an alternative order after 3 hrs of waiting at 12 in the midnight. Very bad service. For the room cost, the rooms must be cleaned at least and free from insects. Lizards were roaming on the cups they had provided in the room. Very unhygienic!

Wonderful stay, City centre and easy access to near by tourist places in Alleppey. The staffs and the management are very friendly and the service were also superb. Next time I will surely stay here and suggest this hotel for my family and friends 🥰❤️.

They have given a room facing the town, could not sleep due to the sound of traffic. They had told that the given room was an upgarded one, seems like an utter lie.

The WiFi only worked about 5% of the time, which is why I did not extend my stay. There were also plenty of mosquitos constantly in the room that entered via the bathroom.

very disappointing stay. rooms were poorly maintained. bed sheets were smaller than the bed and kept coming out. there were no toilet papers. staff was least courteous, breakfast was extremely bad. not recommended

Food 1) For me.to be vegetarian, had very little option for veg cuisine. Most importantly they had veg biriyani in their menu and they served me mutton biriyani "knowingly" after removing mutton pieces and filling it with veg curry. But to their bad they forgot to remove 1 or 2 pieces of mutton by which I got to know that it was not veg. This act made the whole family very upset who was travelling with a kid less than one year. Since this was the experience for lunch we had dinner from outside. 2) brkfast menu didn't have any of the Kerala cuisine. Other guests were complaining on the same. 3)cut fruits they kept were pineapple. The dish was empty,we wanted the same. Though the server told us that his colleague is making the same and assured us to serve,but finally we got to see water melon kept on the same dish. Which disappointed us as we were expecting pineapple as he assured and we didn't have w- melons. Others: 1) cleanliness of the rooms-there was human hair all around the room.near to bed,near to bedside table etc. 2)water is red/dark yellow in colour. Which looked very un hygeinic.water Had sediments when kept is for sometime in bucket. Didn't expect this hotel to be without water filter. 3) wooden flooring and it's beeding was damaged and coming off from ground. 4) bathroom.smelled.bad and WC has stains in it. 5) Parking is very very limited and they fill it with their restaurant guests cars.when we came back to hotel, they without any consideration even after watching us hoding a baby asked us to park the car outside for one hour till their other guest goes. To which I denied. A man who seems to be OWNER (don't know the name) of the hotel showed his bad body language and mannerism like he is going to sue us in his own ways for reacting for their request to park outside where we experienced nil hospitality,which we didn't expect from a hotel owner/staff.

I didn’t like the fact that we stayed for 3 days and not a single day our room was cleaned . I’m attaching the pictures below to show how we left the room in the morning and we got the same in the evening. The first day we ignored and didn’t complain but again the same thing happened and then they asked us to move to other room . despite several reminders their service was very slow . another woman was yelling at them for slow services of food .

I just liked the restro bay bistro which the hotel had and the food was great

the toilet was stinking. and the toilet flush water was murky even after flushing multiple times. waterheater wasn’t functioning properly. hot and cold water alternating while showering. room was very small. not worth it for the money.

It was a pleasant stay for us. All the staffs have a very good attitude.. The Receptionist Anju, Floor Supervisor Suchithra, Dining Captain Aneesh made our stay better :)
